στο δωματιο των ατομων με αναπηρια ενω ειναι ανετη η τουαλετα στον χωρο του δωματιου δυσκολα κινειται ο αναπηροσ. χρειαζεται περισσοτεροσ χωροσ.οι μοκετεσ δε, δυσκολευουν την μετακινηση του αναπηρικου αμαξιδιου2) στον εξωτερικο χωρο που καπνιζουν οι πελατεσ καλο θα ηταν να ειχαν καποιο σκεπαστρο η μια τζαμαρια για την αποφυγη του κρυου και τησ βροχησ.

Novotel gives the standard; excellent price/quality balance; you know upfront what you will have

not easy to find behind Paddington station, but nevertheless excellent location

Really appreciated the fact that I could leave baggage before an after checkin and checkout which was really a bonus on a days shopping trip, liked the late check out on Sunday and was really pleased that although we arrived at 10.30a.m. was allowed to book in immediately as there was a room available. This flexibility is great. Nearness to Paddington is a bonus.

The location and lay out

Clean. Modern. Roomy. Close to Paddington Station. Quiet. We were very happy there.

Loved the pool and exercise area, please dont change a thing. Staff was very nice. I stayed in an executive room which was just the right size, if people say the shower is too small then there ass is too big. I do love this hotel but there are just a few small changes I would make. Just my opinion.

I hate being charged for everything, internet should be free, I made your staff work very had to get me tickets to a show, which they did a great job but when I wanted to use the phone and make my own show reservations, I get charged for making local calls. Also with the two computers in the lobby, I wanted to use the computer, In doing so the hotel had overbooked and a couple that were not guest of the hotel were allowed to use the computers trying to find a new hotel to stay at. Is this right? I waited 45 minutes for a computer. For what you have charged me to stay there internet should be free and I could have stayed in my room. One word, Microwave.

Noisy motorway, but I should have asked for a quiet room, so my mistake.

Room very clean, comfortable, cheap for London, friendly staff.

We had to wait a long time to check out. Technical problem with the internet connection in the room. The hotel is hard to find.
