Novotel gives the standard; excellent price/quality balance; you know upfront what you will have not easy to find behind Paddington station, but nevertheless excellent location |

Really appreciated the fact that I could leave baggage before an after checkin and checkout which was really a bonus on a days shopping trip, liked the late check out on Sunday and was really pleased that although we arrived at 10.30a.m. was allowed to book in immediately as there was a room available. This flexibility is great. Nearness to Paddington is a bonus. |

It was clean, it was fresh and modern. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities were excellent. There was nothing I didn't like! |

new hotel, reasonable room size, clean, polite and attending staff, closeness to Paddington station. However, I would recommend this hotel only to business people or people traveling on their own and need to stay only a day or two. The room closet can accommodate 2-3 suits and nothing else and there are now drawers in the room so you have to leave in the luggage anything that can not be hanged. If you take a twin bad room be prepared to be located a few meters above the railroad tracks of Paddington as all twin rooms in the hotel are located at the back of the 1st and 2nd floors. It is very depressing to wake up in the morning and see this view. |

Loved the pool and exercise area, please dont change a thing. Staff was very nice. I stayed in an executive room which was just the right size, if people say the shower is too small then there ass is too big. I do love this hotel but there are just a few small changes I would make. Just my opinion. I hate being charged for everything, internet should be free, I made your staff work very had to get me tickets to a show, which they did a great job but when I wanted to use the phone and make my own show reservations, I get charged for making local calls. Also with the two computers in the lobby, I wanted to use the computer, In doing so the hotel had overbooked and a couple that were not guest of the hotel were allowed to use the computers trying to find a new hotel to stay at. Is this right? I waited 45 minutes for a computer. For what you have charged me to stay there internet should be free and I could have stayed in my room. One word, Microwave. |

Room very clean, comfortable, cheap for London, friendly staff. We had to wait a long time to check out. Technical problem with the internet connection in the room. The hotel is hard to find. |

Hotel was lovely and friendly. On 2 occasions a mmber of staff walked into our room without knocking. One to check the mini bar (we were getting changed to go out at the time), and another at 9am on check out day to clean the room (even though checkout isn't until 12pm) and we were still having breakfast in our room. |

Only a short walk from Paddington station (if you know that you have to use the exit at Platform 8). The rooms are very modern and big for London city hotels. The breakfast room was big enough for all guest, no waiting in the morning. We also liked the dinner at the restaurant. The only thing that could be improved was the stocking up of the ham and cheese in the morning. |

Very helpful and extraordinarily friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate me. They allowed me to use the leisure facility to clean up when I arrived early from a trans-Atlantic flight. They offered assistance with city features such as where to go, schedules, tickets for attractions, etc.The room was spacey by European standards, exceptionally clean and very contemporary. The only thing I didn't like was the very hard mattress. |
