Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja saimme hyvin tietoa lähialueesta. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja tilaa oli riittävästi. Erillisessä wc:ssä ei ollut lavuaaria, joten likaisilla käsillä piti kosketella ovenkahvoja |

Uusi ja erittäin siisti hotelli lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvät oheispalvelut (kuntosali, uima-allas ja sauna). Hieman vaikea löytää, huoneessa ei minkäänlaista tietoa hotellista.Siivooja tuli siivoamaan huonetta jo klo 8 aamulla. Aamiaisen hinta 15 puntaa. |

Uudehko hotelli ja erittäin siisti huone. Sijainti laadukkaan toimistokeskittymän perällä, kävelyetäisyydellä Paddingtonin rautatieasemasta (eli hyvä Heathrow Expressiä ajatellen) ja metroasemia. Lähellä peruspalvelut (kauppa ja lounaspaikkoja). Moottoritien läheisyys. |

Hyvällä paikalla hyvien liikenneyhteyksien vieressä. 15min lentokentältä padingtonin asemalle mikä aivan hotellin vieressä. Todella siisti ja rauhallinen alue. Huoneet siistejä ja todella hyvin äänieristettyjä. Nappivalinta. Pientä sekoilua sisäänkirjautumisessa. |

Hyvä sijainti kulkuyhteyksien kannalta ja hienot huoneet. Huonosti ruokapaikkoja yms. ympäristössä sijainti keskellä toimistotaloja. Business- ihmisille tarkoitettu ei tavalliselle reppumatkaajalle ! |

It was reasonably priced for a London hotel, and it had a swimming pool. The area had bars and cafes near by, and it was near to paddington station. Initally it was difficult to find. |

Thought pool area was great but not access via pass u had to get from reception every time. Not happy that I paid 139 pounds the last night, due to Wimbledonand after a 3 nt stay u didnt even get a free breakfast;Thanks for room upgrade to executive but not much value as internet down stairs with apple was better than room keyboard; Will come again from Australia but haapy with standard room. Ta Greg for free upgrade as Accor memeber anyway Pam b |

Location is perfect for hopping on the tube into central London,walking distance to Hyde Park. The hotel is comfortable & modern, having a bath & a shower is a nice touch also. The fees for wireless network connection seem to me to be greedy as so many places offer this service free of charge. I found having to go daily to reception to ask for a key to the mezzanine a bit annoying. |

swimming pool, toilet separate from bathroom, good sound insulation(hotel is located near busy roads and trainstation), no washbasin in toilet so you have to enter the bathroom anyway to wash your hands, no facial cloth, minimal complementary toiletry, cold atmosphere |

brand new hotel in excellent condition with friendly and helpful staff. The location is not bad either (on otherside of Paddington station in a new business area) because of its proximity to Paddington and then Edgware Road. Good sized rooms, very good value for money. |

Everything, proximity to Paddington Station is excellent, rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable, within walking distance to some lovely restaurants and the Little Venice area which is gorgeous. |

pleasant hotel and staff. very close to public transport links and walkable distance of hyde park. good sound proofing (as next to railway tracks) and good facilities, usefull to have shops close by also. hotel on a new street not on some maps. details of how to access on foot could have been clearer -once found it was very easy but got lost at first! |

The rooms were spacious, clean, and amenities good. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated for many London attractions. |
