Hotelli oli uusi ja siisti, sijainti erinomainen. Lähiympäristö oli rauhallinen ja yhteydet hyvät metrolla ja bussilla. Aamiainen oli kallis, hissit eivät toimineet yhtenä päivänä (huone kahdeksannessa kerroksessa), aulan tietokoneet olivat jatkuvasti varattuja. |

Nykyaikainen, rauhallinen, moottoritien läheisyyden huomioiden city-hotelli.Runsas ja herkullinen aamiainen,tilavat ja mukavat huoneet.Ystävällinen, huolehtivainen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Hankala löytää.Google-mapissa kyseiselle osoitteelle löytyi kaksi sijaintipaikkaa. Kauempana Paddingtonin asemalta, kuin annettiin ymmärtää. |

Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja saimme hyvin tietoa lähialueesta. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja tilaa oli riittävästi. Erillisessä wc:ssä ei ollut lavuaaria, joten likaisilla käsillä piti kosketella ovenkahvoja |

Uusi ja erittäin siisti hotelli lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvät oheispalvelut (kuntosali, uima-allas ja sauna). Hieman vaikea löytää, huoneessa ei minkäänlaista tietoa hotellista.Siivooja tuli siivoamaan huonetta jo klo 8 aamulla. Aamiaisen hinta 15 puntaa. |

Uudehko hotelli ja erittäin siisti huone. Sijainti laadukkaan toimistokeskittymän perällä, kävelyetäisyydellä Paddingtonin rautatieasemasta (eli hyvä Heathrow Expressiä ajatellen) ja metroasemia. Lähellä peruspalvelut (kauppa ja lounaspaikkoja). Moottoritien läheisyys. |

Hyvällä paikalla hyvien liikenneyhteyksien vieressä. 15min lentokentältä padingtonin asemalle mikä aivan hotellin vieressä. Todella siisti ja rauhallinen alue. Huoneet siistejä ja todella hyvin äänieristettyjä. Nappivalinta. Pientä sekoilua sisäänkirjautumisessa. |

Hyvä sijainti kulkuyhteyksien kannalta ja hienot huoneet. Huonosti ruokapaikkoja yms. ympäristössä sijainti keskellä toimistotaloja. Business- ihmisille tarkoitettu ei tavalliselle reppumatkaajalle ! |

Novotel gives the standard; excellent price/quality balance; you know upfront what you will have not easy to find behind Paddington station, but nevertheless excellent location |

Really appreciated the fact that I could leave baggage before an after checkin and checkout which was really a bonus on a days shopping trip, liked the late check out on Sunday and was really pleased that although we arrived at 10.30a.m. was allowed to book in immediately as there was a room available. This flexibility is great. Nearness to Paddington is a bonus. |

It was clean, it was fresh and modern. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities were excellent. There was nothing I didn't like! |

new hotel, reasonable room size, clean, polite and attending staff, closeness to Paddington station. However, I would recommend this hotel only to business people or people traveling on their own and need to stay only a day or two. The room closet can accommodate 2-3 suits and nothing else and there are now drawers in the room so you have to leave in the luggage anything that can not be hanged. If you take a twin bad room be prepared to be located a few meters above the railroad tracks of Paddington as all twin rooms in the hotel are located at the back of the 1st and 2nd floors. It is very depressing to wake up in the morning and see this view. |

Loved the pool and exercise area, please dont change a thing. Staff was very nice. I stayed in an executive room which was just the right size, if people say the shower is too small then there ass is too big. I do love this hotel but there are just a few small changes I would make. Just my opinion. I hate being charged for everything, internet should be free, I made your staff work very had to get me tickets to a show, which they did a great job but when I wanted to use the phone and make my own show reservations, I get charged for making local calls. Also with the two computers in the lobby, I wanted to use the computer, In doing so the hotel had overbooked and a couple that were not guest of the hotel were allowed to use the computers trying to find a new hotel to stay at. Is this right? I waited 45 minutes for a computer. For what you have charged me to stay there internet should be free and I could have stayed in my room. One word, Microwave. |
