Novotel London Paddington

パディントン駅からわかりやすい場所にありました。

トイレと洗面バスが離れている、シャワーカーテンが無い、シャワーには水圧で切り替わるなど、とても使いに- くかったです。湯沸かしポットの位置も机から遠くて、部屋の最初の印象より居住性が悪かったです。

モダンなデザインで非常にスマートな感覚です。

ロンドンのホテルにしては珍しく、設備が新しく清潔感がある。価格もリーズナブル。インターネット・コネク- ションも簡単にでき、便利。

初日に、バスタブの「排水」機能が壊れていた点。翌日には修理されましたが、設備のよさがセールスポイント- であれば、設備の点検に注意をすることが重要かもしれません。

モダンな設備なのに排水溝の悪臭には閉口しました。２Fに泊まりました。

ロンドンのタクシードライバーは優れていると聞いていましたが、４日間滞在していて、全てのドライバーがこ- のホテルを知らず、苦労した。

水漏れ、キーが使えなくなる等のトラブルがあり、対応がダメだった。

The restaurant is amazing! Great breakfast selection and sizable portions.

it was luxury but not so much

Location (it is hard to find it)

The hotel was close to Paddington and therefore easy access to tube. It was very clean and comfortable.

i found it rather strange to not have a handbasin next to the toilet and had to go out of the toilet, around the corner of the bedroom to go into the bathroom to wash hands. Also, there seemed as though there were not enough staff on duty both in reception and also in the bar. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a heavy downpour of rain and after checking in and leaving our luggage we asked at reception for a taxi to be called. We were told to walk to the main road and hail a passing cab. The whole reason we asked for one to be called was that we had already had one soaking and didn't want another!!!

It is a good and clean hotel, the rooms are bigger than standart london hotels.

The hotel should put some directions around Paddington station. It is very closed to station but it took 30 minutes to find the hotel.

Hotel room was very spacious and well equiped. Very modern and clean.

Staff were useless couldnt even find my booking or sort a taxi out for me so nearly missed a show we had booked.

Perfect location for short stay in London if en route to another destination. Courteous, helpful staff.

The restaurant staff were not familiar with the menu and had difficulty understanding straightforward requests.

Lots of room, bathroom was brilliant, friendly staff.
