パディントン駅からわかりやすい場所にありました。 トイレと洗面バスが離れている、シャワーカーテンが無い、シャワーには水圧で切り替わるなど、とても使いに- くかったです。湯沸かしポットの位置も机から遠くて、部屋の最初の印象より居住性が悪かったです。 |

パディントン駅から徒歩10分と近く移動が容易でした。日本人客は少ないホテルのようです。バスタブとシャ- ワー室は分かれており使いやすかったです。デザインがモダンでリネンの質もよく眠りやすかったです。近くに- は美味しいイタリアンのお店やスタバ・コンビニ・パブもあり、新しいビジネス街なので古きよき英国らしさは- ない地区ですが小奇麗で快適でした。 景色の悪い側の１階に泊まらせられました。高い階にとお願いしましたがツインルームは低階層しかないと断ら- れました。こちらの英語による交渉力の不足が一番の問題でしょうが・・・残念です。 |

ロンドンのホテルにしては珍しく、設備が新しく清潔感がある。価格もリーズナブル。インターネット・コネク- ションも簡単にでき、便利。 初日に、バスタブの「排水」機能が壊れていた点。翌日には修理されましたが、設備のよさがセールスポイント- であれば、設備の点検に注意をすることが重要かもしれません。 |

新しいホテルらしく、すべてがモダンで使い勝手良かった。パディントン駅から直線距離は近いが、徒歩だと大- きい道路を渡るため回り道するので、ちょっと面倒だった。 レセプションのスタッフが愛想があまりなく、今ひとつだった。 |

バスタブとシャワー室が分かれているのが非常に良い。 14:00からチェックインが出来るはずなのに、14:45まで待つように言われた。 トイレの電球がつくのが遅い。 受付のスタッフの数が少なく（１人～２人）、待たされる。 |

ロンドンのタクシードライバーは優れていると聞いていましたが、４日間滞在していて、全てのドライバーがこ- のホテルを知らず、苦労した。 水漏れ、キーが使えなくなる等のトラブルがあり、対応がダメだった。 |

Novotel gives the standard; excellent price/quality balance; you know upfront what you will have not easy to find behind Paddington station, but nevertheless excellent location |

Really appreciated the fact that I could leave baggage before an after checkin and checkout which was really a bonus on a days shopping trip, liked the late check out on Sunday and was really pleased that although we arrived at 10.30a.m. was allowed to book in immediately as there was a room available. This flexibility is great. Nearness to Paddington is a bonus. |

It was clean, it was fresh and modern. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities were excellent. There was nothing I didn't like! |

a new hotel very close to paddington station with very good room facilities and large beds permanent hum from aircon (?) and beds not perhaps as luxurious as might be expected in a hotel like this. |

new hotel, reasonable room size, clean, polite and attending staff, closeness to Paddington station. However, I would recommend this hotel only to business people or people traveling on their own and need to stay only a day or two. The room closet can accommodate 2-3 suits and nothing else and there are now drawers in the room so you have to leave in the luggage anything that can not be hanged. If you take a twin bad room be prepared to be located a few meters above the railroad tracks of Paddington as all twin rooms in the hotel are located at the back of the 1st and 2nd floors. It is very depressing to wake up in the morning and see this view. |

Loved the pool and exercise area, please dont change a thing. Staff was very nice. I stayed in an executive room which was just the right size, if people say the shower is too small then there ass is too big. I do love this hotel but there are just a few small changes I would make. Just my opinion. I hate being charged for everything, internet should be free, I made your staff work very had to get me tickets to a show, which they did a great job but when I wanted to use the phone and make my own show reservations, I get charged for making local calls. Also with the two computers in the lobby, I wanted to use the computer, In doing so the hotel had overbooked and a couple that were not guest of the hotel were allowed to use the computers trying to find a new hotel to stay at. Is this right? I waited 45 minutes for a computer. For what you have charged me to stay there internet should be free and I could have stayed in my room. One word, Microwave. |
