バスタブとシャワー室が分かれているのが非常に良い。 14:00からチェックインが出来るはずなのに、14:45まで待つように言われた。 トイレの電球がつくのが遅い。 受付のスタッフの数が少なく（１人～２人）、待たされる。 |

ロンドンのタクシードライバーは優れていると聞いていましたが、４日間滞在していて、全てのドライバーがこのホテルを知らず、苦労した。 水漏れ、キーが使えなくなる等のトラブルがあり、対応がダメだった。 |

Location, location, location! The air-conditioning was not excellent but the hotel staff provided a fan, which proved invaluable as it can be quite noisy if one opens the window due to the hotels proximity to the dual-carriageway. |

new hotel, very clean an spacious impossible to find the hotel from the street, no sign of it anywhere from bishops bridge road, taxi drivers and shop keepers didnt know where it was either even though was on correct street. |

Clean modern hotel with all the creature comforts. Everything was modern, and the location was easy walking to Paddington Station, even with luggage. A little tough to find the first time (gated compound behind Paddington Station). No balconies. Would prefer free internet. |

New facilities, nice rooms, great comfort. Everything worked just fine. The ironing board and iron was bad quality, and the board kept collapsing. And I iron a-lot! :-) |

The location was good, being walkable from Paddington Station. The room was nice and quiet, and very clean. When we arrived, the front office staff did not have our reservation details. We had to wait in the lobby - no seating space - for about 15-20 minutes before they were able to get it. |

It was brand new and looked fantastic. Good location. Great if you only need to stay one night. close to Paddington station and HEathrow express. There's no sign on the building as you see on other Novotels and it took us a while to find it because of that. It's also in a very quiet location. On the weekends, there's nobody around. |
