Rent och fräscht, kändes lite lyxigt. Bra ljudisolerat, tågen som gick förbi hördes inte. Bra mat. Trevlig personal. Centralt läge, nära tunnelbanestation. |

Jag tyckte det var ett jätte bra hotell och jag åker gärna dit igen! Det var dåligt att polen stängde kl 18.00 |

Bra service , rent och snygtt, bra ljudisolering med perfekt klimat på rummet. Fatastiskt bra hotell med centralt läge till ett mycket bra pris. |

Pleasant atmosphere, spacious room, clean, friendly staff, conveniently located to Westend, shopping and torist sights if you don´t mind using public transport. Very short walk from Paddington Station (shortcut exists), but fifficult to find. |

The bed seemed to be two single beds joined together so there was a very uncomfortable ridge through the middle. Apart from that room was a good size and clean. |

The hotel was close to Paddington and therefore easy access to tube. It was very clean and comfortable. i found it rather strange to not have a handbasin next to the toilet and had to go out of the toilet, around the corner of the bedroom to go into the bathroom to wash hands. Also, there seemed as though there were not enough staff on duty both in reception and also in the bar. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a heavy downpour of rain and after checking in and leaving our luggage we asked at reception for a taxi to be called. We were told to walk to the main road and hail a passing cab. The whole reason we asked for one to be called was that we had already had one soaking and didn't want another!!! |

Novotel Paddington is very modern, brand new; the rooms are very clean and quiet. The hotel is easily accessible from train station and is well located. Internet is not free in the rooms, breakfast is expensive |

It is a good and clean hotel, the rooms are bigger than standart london hotels. The hotel should put some directions around Paddington station. It is very closed to station but it took 30 minutes to find the hotel. |

Hotel room was very spacious and well equiped. Very modern and clean. Staff were useless couldnt even find my booking or sort a taxi out for me so nearly missed a show we had booked. |

The hotel is new and modern. Close to Paddington station (5 minutes walk), but the streets look abandoned if you return late. Nobody works in business centers already, so you'll be probably alone surronded by high office buildings. Take a cab. |

Novotel gives the standard; excellent price/quality balance; you know upfront what you will have not easy to find behind Paddington station, but nevertheless excellent location |

Really appreciated the fact that I could leave baggage before an after checkin and checkout which was really a bonus on a days shopping trip, liked the late check out on Sunday and was really pleased that although we arrived at 10.30a.m. was allowed to book in immediately as there was a room available. This flexibility is great. Nearness to Paddington is a bonus. |

It was clean, it was fresh and modern. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities were excellent. There was nothing I didn't like! |
