I thought the reception staff were wonderful and I only wish I had remembered a name for you. Even the cleaners were polite The room keys we not very effecient as I could never get mine to work without 5 mins of frustrated trying. Also the taxi firm that took us to the Taipan did not know the way and I have to show him on a map where it was after visiting two other chinese restaurants on the other side of town. |

near to shopping centre. had an 18th birthday party on the saturday night it was awful broken glass out the front of the hotel, lots of cigarette ends outside the front of the hotel and hoped for a nice relaxing meal and a drink in the hotel restaurant but could not enjoy it as it was so loud and the language was disgusting. Had to retire to our room early for some peace and quiet. |

The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff Yes! The food was very poor for the price. I spoke to the restaurant manager regarding this and showed him what I had ordered. He agreed to take the cost off my overall bill. The room itself seemed dated a little, because the covers on some of the furniture was scuffed and torn. Internet access was ok, but I had to tak to reception each day to get a new password and login, even though I had bought 3 consecutive 24 hour passes. I would recommend this hotel, if the food and internet price was dropped and the food quality was improved. I ate at the hotel only one night which say,s it all. |

It was great for our stay, central to the town, and loved the late check out on Sunday. When I asked for two glasses of wine at the bar, they gave me the most expensive glasses at £7+ per glass. |

Room and hotel fair value at £59 Waiting staff in restaurant were slow in delivering drinks and taking the meal order, so slow that we left and drove into Central Milton Keynes for dinner. |

the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly the window in our room would not close and it took the staff 4 hours to get it fixed. Felt as though we could not leave the room because of it as it was on a busy road and felt as though someone could have broken in and stole something. |

Good free car parking close to town centre and a couple of miles in from M1. Good size swimming pool with towels. At this price a decent breakfast service. In fact that sums up the hotel - very good value at these prices. Some of bathroom fittings and swimming pool changing rooms need a bit of refurbishment but this was a minor problem. |

I visited with my father who has chronic ear problems, can't stand excessive noise. The hotel was quiet and sedate, which suited us perfectly. Excellent relaxed surrondings with pretty good food for a hotel. We booked a family or twin room. I slept on the sofa bed which wasn't at all comfortable. Also, i only had one pillow, which along with the sofa bed contributed to a restless sleep. |

Staff were willing to help out whenever asked. The room booked (twin) was not ready, and we ended up having a 'pull-out sofa-bed' being used for second bed. Thought when you book a twin room, you will get a double and single bed. |

The hotel is a short distance from the town centre so ideally situated for anyone wanting to do some shopping in MK or to access the local bars, clubs and restaurants. More importantly it is well placed to give fast access to all major routes should you be staying on business. Overall a nice hotel, attentive and polite staff. Gym, spa and swimming available for those who want to work of breakfast. |

Nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was fairly good but could be improved a little. The hotel was quiet in the week but a bit too busy at the weekends for me. |

The breakfast was excellent and proximity to the city centre. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The floor of the toilet smelt of wee and I was biten by insects during the night...not sure how they got into the room. |
