The availability of a pool and gym. The location was very good i.e. accessible to the city centre. Car parking facilities were very good.
The breakfast is poor value for money and the quality wasn't very good. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom needed maintenance e.g. cracked tiles and needed repainting.
Very good service
Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Quiet location. Great price.
Not enough tea/coffee/milk in room. Always have to ask for more.
Beds really comfy, rooms really clean, everything you need. Just stayed for one night so didn't use the swimming pool, but was well informed by reception of the facilities upon arrival. Ordered room service, which was a little pricey but very nice all the same.
Wasn't anything we didn't like, accept perhaps it could of done with more milks on tea tray and an extra big towel in bathroom.
I liked everything its a nice place to be honest I would stay again
It's not I didn't like it but the swimming pool could be abit bigger an alittle deeper lol
Size of the room
location of hotel- asked by check in which floor we wanted to be on.great price
no expel air in bathroom or toilet- no window either.very warm in room even with air con on.bed and pillows uncomfortable .booked a double room but it contained a huge sofa bed leaving 6 inches down the side of the bed
Overall the hotel was very good. The breakfast and staff were excellent
The mattress on the bed in room 205.The mattress went from 150mm thick to approx 50mm thick when laid on. This was on top of a wooden base.it was like sleeping in a ploughed field.
surprisingly spacious rooms, even with an additional sofabed in them nice and clean, loved the pool and the gym. toilet seperate from bathroom
the toilet room was a bit smelly I have expected more from the breakfast buffet - more choice of bread/bread rolls, more choice of cheese choice of coffees
Pool , parking
Uncomfortable bed, dated room, wifi didn't work
Breakfast was expensive Bacon was dried up and inedible fried eggs hard think it all had been kept warm for to long went else ware for breakfast the second morning
Nice and quiet room and very friendly staff,
Didn't Iike being asked to pay for rooms in advance nor did I like paying for drinks at the time would have preferred to settle all the bill when leaving also breakfast buffet island is too small and can't cope with more than 7 people at any one time
General friendliness of the reception staff and their willingness to assist
House keepers' services need to improve
The Pool was a nice touch Later check out than standard was great seeing that we had a late night the day before (wedding)
Clean and tidy, great room. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
Gym equipment was a little on the low side, however Pool was great!
The swimming pool, sauna & steam room
The restaurant was a bit gloomy (dark) although the staff were friendly and helpful and food was good. We had a meal for lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant and my first choice was off the menu at just after 1pm! (Pork tenderloin). I enjoyed the alternative however.
Room had a smell of dogs.
The clean and tidy well looked after good food and atmosphere..having a toilet separate from the bathroom
Comfort of bed Staff Spacious rooms Leisure Facilities
Rooms not quite as clean as they could be Toilet broken in first room I was allocated
The staff very friendly, swimming pool/spa excellent. Location very near to Bletchley Park, wherr we visited, we had an executive room which was lovely
Although the rooms lovely and comfy and clean. We had executive room, when we moved the sofa nearer to the tv, there was lots of dust behind hadn't been hoovered in ages.
The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything you would need for an overnight stay. Was very good value for money.
The bath was very hard plastic and hurt my feet to stand in when I had a shower. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which meant leaving one room to go into another to wash hands. The price of drinks at the bar was very high.
Everything was straightforward with no 'hidden' arrangements to negotiate. If you needed help it was there and given with a pleasant smile. In an easy to find location (not a natural feature for MK)!
I found the bed a little too firm but that is a personal quirk not a failing of the provision. As in all hotels I wish fresh milk was available for in room coffee - I hate UHT milk!
Location Helpful Receptionist
Smelling of animals in the Rooms. Accepting Pets in any rooms and location. Bathrooms and Toilets are separated.
Welcome of staff including courtesy call! Great location close to restaurants. Clean comfortable and great sized Room. Pool sauna and steam room
