Novotel Milton Keynes    

I stayed for 3 days with my family. I like the spacious rooms and the location of the hotel.

Fab hotel that covered all our needs. Excellent facilities and family friendly activities !

Separate toilet to the rest of the bathroom.

The location, was lead to believe it was walking distance to xscape, and the bed wasn't very comfy, bit enough pillows

No free WiFi

Members of staff were very helpful and courteous.

The carpets in the room were dirty and there was a layer of dust on the back of the bed settee which had obviously been there a while.

Breakfast is served until noon, don't have to rush getting up.

the staff is excellent, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. the location is convenient and quiet. the restaurant-cafeteria opens long hours, adapting to foreign travelers and preventing overcrowding...

Extremely helpful staff and good choice at breakfast.

Noisy children running up and down the corridors in the early hours of the morning!

The staff are really friendly and the hotel is really nice, used it before and will continue to use it when I come down to Milton Keynes! :)

There was not much of a choice of food for vegetarians so didn't really eat in the hotel. Also kids running about the halls but I know that isn't the hotels fault!

We liked the executive suite & all the little extras such as shoe shine & sewing kit. Loved the pool, sauna & steam room & the fact that towels were to hand. Food was lovely. All staff were very helpful & friendly.

Pool was not as clean as it could be (but they had got work men in so that may be fixed now).

The staff were amazing, a lady named Jessica Simmons helped us so much and gave the best customer service

Location was convenient, plenty of parking

Noise through the ceiling from room above. This went on until 10.30pm at least, during the night, at 4am etc. No point complaining as I had already been told the hotel was full when I complained about our original room being half prepared.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and staff really helpful and friendly. The receptionist remembered that I had been there previously with my father.

There wasn'tanything

The decor was very modern and clean. Bed with duck quilt very comfy. breakfast was excellent and so was the service throughout. Parking no problem. 5 min drive to xscape skiing, shopping malls etc. the pool sauna gym steam room were lovely but a few families in the pool I expect as its half term. Such good value would def recommend staying here for any reason.

Efficient staff, clean well presented room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast good too.

Room was spacious. Lovely entrance. Pool was nice

It wasnt or didnt feel very clean. The bath had cracks in it. Room had seperate toilet. Changing rooms were unclean. The mens changing had urine over the floor.
