Nice room and spa nice staff

had to wait to be seated at breakfast because tables were not ready ran out of hot food so had to wait ran out of bread so had to wait again then ran out of glasses for the juice, sausages were not cooked by the time we got everything it was cold

I like Novotel MK because it is very good value for money. i like to stay there because our Grandchildren are welcome to stay with us at no extra cost. They love to use the swimming pool. The staff are very well trained and polite. The evening bar staff were very friendly and obliging.

Bright, attractive, clean, pleasant rooms, good bathroom, good facilities, easy free parking, friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Clean. Easily accessible, and not too far from the City Centre. Well maintained. Good car parking. We would certainly stay here again.

The bed was very uncomfortable and tv did not work well. Some staff did not appear to be very well trained. The food was quite expensive and not very good.

First impressions count and the trip started fantastically. The gent on front of house was brilliant

The hotel was excellent value for money, especially with the free car park. The staff were really helpful and the rooms were lovely. The pool was also great.

Breakfast options was wide and catered for all sorts of diets. it was tasty and good value for money. I loved the pool and the sauna and steam room - clean and not over populated - just my style.

Everything. There was not a single thing that I can complain about. I will make it my hotel of choice when next in Milton Keynes.

There was a bed bug but it was sorted really quick. Was moved to another room

Room was nice, hotel is near Gulliver land and shopping centers, staff was polite.

I didn't like the fact that it was advertised as smart deal but what we need to pay extra I could go to a much better hotel. Breakfast was charged £9 per person on Sunday and £13.95 on Monday! Also to have wifi in the room costs £7 for 24h, in the end what suppose to be a smart deal end up being so expensive because of the extra that we don't know in advance. I was very disappointed for that.

Facilities are very adequate for a comfortable stay while on a shopping trip or doing business

After a long tiring day we were kept waiting at reception for 25 mins because we couldn't be located on computer system. I had my booking confirmation but this was not enough. My husband insisted that they allow us to a room as it still wasn't sorted after the 25 mins. We were made to feel like we were the nuisance. Very upsetting!

Very good facilities and staff. It was a Saturday night and there was a wedding on. We were very tired having driven all day from France. We requested a quiet room and the Receptionist gave us a room far away from the function area. While we could hear music in the distance when the window was open we both slept very well in very comfortable bed. We were travelling with a dog and the hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Just 'not my sort of hotel' ie a bit vast and modern and lacking individuality....HOWEVER very good of its type! Pool nice but a bit SMALL! Lack of JACUZZI!

I stayed for 3 days with my family. I like the spacious rooms and the location of the hotel.
