Was quite a bit of parking spots nearby
Carpet was a little stained
Well looked after by all members of staff from the main desk to the bar. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in... Not a bad word to be said about this perfectly located hotel.
Cost, but see below.
Room very warm with no air conditioning. The windows open but then you are subjected to noise at all hours from the local nightlife.
Facility was great; (gym and sauna) Clean and quiet.
Breakfast..veg options okay Fridge in room
Toilet was very tight and claustrophobic
Secure underground park is the main reason for chossing this hotel along with the competative price
Duvet was rather cheap and thin
Good location for my place of work, comfortable hotel with good facilities - gym, sauna etc. Quiet considering it's on a noisy street.
Strange sink in bathroom with plug that wouldn't stay down so water ran away.
Central location Very clean Good price -although cheap deal
Facilities and service.
1. dry bread for breakfast 2. Toilet was problematic on flushing.
Room was lovely especially the bathroom! We had a great night.
Location was spot on
Firstly extortion price parking in there car park. No air co not fan, so hot all night. Toilet seperate to the bathroom.
Clean efficient, good value
Noisy family room next door.
Great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful, would stay again.
Wifi was abit poor but cant ask for everything I guess
Price Room Staff
Thin walls meant we were woken up several times by people in the hall way between the hours of 3 and 5 am
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff very attentive at breakfast
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was a lot more modern and luxurious than we were expecting for the price we paid.
The only issue we had was with the shower screen, water was going all over the floor we just put a towel down to soak it up.
Choice of breakfast menu, facilities of hotel and the location, right in the heart of broad street easy access to everywhere.
The fact that you have to pay parking charges each time you leave the car park. This was not explained when you check in. It states 14pds per 24 hrs, but it is not clear about additional charges that you incur.
Location Reception staff very good Bombay bramble fantastic and price of cocktails great Loved breakfast in bed
Water not hot enough Fan in toilet not working Had to request for the sofa bed to be made up when I should have bedding in the room in case I wish to use Rooms are small
Cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. Wifi is free. Location is in the middle of bars and clubs.
One of the staff was extremely rude with no customer service skills. Wifi was quite slow.
Staff we're excellent and so were the facilities.
Wifi is a bit poor
The location of the hotel is excellent - within walking distance of all central city attractions. We were in Birmingham to attend a lecture at the new Library and the hotel was perfect for a one-night stay. Parking at the Sheepcote Carpark opposite the hotel was reasonably priced. Breakfast was good - excellent selection including gluten-free and dairy free options. Comfortable large room. The staff were very helpful.
It was noisy in the corridor outside the room until early hours of the morning, but it was a Saturday night when we stayed and I think some parties are to be expected given the proximity of clubs and bars on Broad Street.
The bath was too high. Hard to get in and out.
Right on Broad Street, great nightlife. Round the corner from Brindley Place. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Walking distance to Bullring Shopping Centre. Great value and clean hotel.
Noisy people in the rooms next to us. Out of the control of the Hotel but barely got much sleep from banging doors and arguments happening through most of the night.
