The close proximity to the venue we were attending and the local shopping centre was excellent. Restaurant breakfast and staff were spot on. Room decoration was exceptionally basic. Granted, all the necessary facilities were available in the room but we were disappointed with the standard of decor. The toilet (separate from the bathroom) was especially poor. |

The hotel was perfectly placed for the NIA which was our sole purpose of visiting Birmingham. It was only about 5 minutes walk away. There are lots of good restaurants around the area offering every type of cuisine. I was not keen on having a separate toilet without a hand basin in our room. It is not very hygienic but that was a minor complaint as everything else about the room was good. Having the section of tv screens in the middle of the restaurant ruined the ambience. They should be tucked away up a corner. |

The room looked great and was confortable. The noise from inside the corridor was appalling, didn't settle until 4.30am.!!. |

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and the choice and quality of breakfast very good. Having to pay £17.50 to park in the underground car park. I arrived and parked at 8am and left at 10am next day, so I had to pay for 24hrs PLUS for another 4 hrs. |
