Staff were really friendly, good location for the nia. We visited this hotel because we wanted somewhere close to stay so we could just walk to a concert. This hotel was perfect, good secure parking, easy to find, close to lots of bar's and places to eat. Room was fantastic, we chose to upgrade for an extra £15 which was well worth it, seperate toilet to the bathroom which was good. Lovely bed, internet access, tv, Bose ipod doc. Highly recomend this hotel.....we will definately stay again. Oh and the Breakfast was out of this world, lots of choice. The free internet was unavailable, but there was so much to do that it wasn't an issue.

Iam impressed !! as a very frequent traveler I have the pleasure/displeasure in staying at many hotels ranging from £40 to £300 per night , its hard to find a better value hotel than this one , the staff , food , and cleanliness are up there with the best that I have stayed in !! Thank you for your total professionalism I noticed the the jam tree was slightly out of parallel with the ketchup botttle !!! Mr sarcasm Chairman of the british OCD society :)

Hotel staff were pleasant enough but could have been a little more welcoming. The rooms were warm, clean and current. Beds are comforable and there was little noise in the corridors through the night. Overall, a very pleasant stay and as it is centrally located, I would definitely stay here again. The price was low in comparison to the quality of the hotel.

Clean, modern and friendly staff. Parking expensive if you go out in your car and back several times. A ticket each time is painful. How about a fixed charge for guest parking of £10 per day however many times you go in or out.

Liked the location .staff friendly ...not happy about parking ,should have came with room or at a discount ,anyway, the rooms needed up dating on paint etc .was basic but still comfortable ..stayed at the novotel as a treat for the new year ...for the money we paid it was good ..but if I had paid more .I feel as..if we had been robbed .....drinks tea /coffee more milk needed ..toilet a little small and needed work on it ...walls etc ...carpet in corridor needed a lot of attention and veiw from window could have been better ...office block ..main reception is totally different to the rest of the building ...needs a totall re-vamp.. On arrival ...parking was not noticeable from the road ....main enterance was dirty ,mainly uesd as an smoking area ,,not a pretty sight and does'nt make a good impression at all ...we did use the door to entre the building from the car park ..a nail was sticking out from the metal plate and pulled my husbands jumper,,,did tell reception but nothing done about it .... reception is very nce but the rest of the building needs a re vamp......would recommend to a friend ..but only after I had made them aware of my stay ..

The staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel has a modern feel and is very conveniently located for the Symphony Hall and conference centre. Food was good and with good menu choice. Room could have been a little cleaner, There was red ink? stains on the carpet.

The location to the NIA, and ability to park. Breakfast was good. Modern style made a change. Not very comfortable, or welcoming. Tiny bath, and toilet was 'in a cupboard'. The carpet in the room was covered in very ominous looking brown stains.

Location and value for money. Location was on a main road which despite being on 4th floor was still noisy with traffic and general public during the night.

Clean, convient and well priced(with the discount). Car park was full at time of arrival. Unclear a fee of £14 would be requested if I had the opportunity to park on site. Had to rely on nearby ncp car park. Wouldn't have been great if I had the children with me. Parking must be made clearer on the website.Guaranteed parking provision if you book iin advance would be an excellent idea!

For a corporate hotel it had some really nice design elements in terms of furniture both in the lobby and in the rooms. The waiting staff and chefs at the breakfast service were really helpful and friendly, given a busy crowd (with sore heads on a Sunday morning!). Whilst the shower, bath and basin suite was bang up to date, the separate toilet in the bedrooms were very pokey and felt like they had been forgotten about.

The Novotel seemed very glam, and lovely decorated for the christmas season. The car park was very useful being onsite and secure. The Comfort of the bed and bedding was amazing. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide range of foods. The 'fluffy' dressing gown was not so fluffy, it was more startchy, and there was only one set for a two person booking. There was no price list for the mini bar and only enough coffee for one cup each with no bottled water for the kettle. The sink also smelt of sewage when the tap was running.

A solid Novotel, with a nice bar and reception. A shame you don't have the ability to turn off the air con in the rooms - you can only alter the temperature.

Excellent location and ample underground parking Noisey revellers both outside the hotel until 4 am (I appreciate the hotel has no control over this) and inside the hotel where christmas parties were being held on both nights.
