Poor beds and pillows room had double bed and sofa bed although I asked for a twin bedded room I do not expect a sofa bed which in my opinion are for children I would not have booked this hotel if I had known their twin rooms have a sofa bed as one of the beds I was not informed this was the case
The food was amazing. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room.
It is very noisey at night as in a lively location.
The IT system had stopped working so we had to wait about 1 hour in the reception to check in!
Good facilities and breakfast
Could not get any sleep as there was a wedding reception right underneath our room, we went home a midnight as we had had enough. When checking in we were not told about this. One of the bar staff was moody and came across like he did not want to serve us like, made me feel like he was doing us a favour. No smile and did not even look at us when he spoke to take our order.
Up all night very noisey poor parking not worth the money for one night
Really friendly and helpful staff with everything in the room you could possibly need. The building itself is obviously a little older, but didn't impact on my stay.
You have to use your key card to activate the lift, I guess it's good for security but annoying if you carry a lot of bags.
Walking distance to city center and nia! Lots of pubs & resturants near by! Very good
Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very enjoyable.
we loved the quirky furniture in reception. The bed was amazing.
Just a few hairs in the sink, and on the duvet cover, other than that nothing wrong
Very good hotel only 5 min walk to the NIA.Great breakfast.Couldnt fault the hotel
Was quite a bit of parking spots nearby
Carpet was a little stained
Well looked after by all members of staff from the main desk to the bar. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in... Not a bad word to be said about this perfectly located hotel.
Cost, but see below.
Room very warm with no air conditioning. The windows open but then you are subjected to noise at all hours from the local nightlife.
Very good value for the 2 days/nights we stayed. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Pleasant and good size rooms. Clean. Excellent location close by the re-developed canal area and Symphony Hall, etc. Within walking distance of shopping area.
Although our schedule didn't allow us time to take breakfast, it seems a bit expensive at £13.95.
Facility was great; (gym and sauna) Clean and quiet.
Breakfast..veg options okay Fridge in room
Toilet was very tight and claustrophobic
Secure underground park is the main reason for chossing this hotel along with the competative price
Duvet was rather cheap and thin
Good location for my place of work, comfortable hotel with good facilities - gym, sauna etc. Quiet considering it's on a noisy street.
Strange sink in bathroom with plug that wouldn't stay down so water ran away.
Central location Very clean Good price -although cheap deal
Facilities and service.
1. dry bread for breakfast 2. Toilet was problematic on flushing.
Room was lovely especially the bathroom! We had a great night.
Location was spot on
Firstly extortion price parking in there car park. No air co not fan, so hot all night. Toilet seperate to the bathroom.
Clean efficient, good value
