Hotel was in great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good & the room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfy.
Helpful staff gave us good directions to NIA just a short walk away.
Very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location for NIA - only 5 minutes walk, plus loads of places to eat and drink right on the doorstep.
Stayed on a Friday night and quite noisy as right on main road, so take earplugs! Car park quite expensive, but is secure.
the Decore of the hotel
Everything was great
Location is central very modern foyer bar area ! Good breakfast
Didn't like using debit card at reception ? Insisted on credit card ! Room very dark lighting poor in room !
Location, 5 minute walk from the NIA and 30 seconds from all the pubs and clubs. Rooms quiet for good night sleep
On site car parking, friendly, helpful staff and a spacious comfortable room.
One of the lifts was out of order and so had to wait a bit longer for the operating one.
Location, modern style, price, spacious room
Toilet cubicle dark and far from bedroom, bath very narrow
Jas at booking us all Aisha at reception Thiago looked after us for dinner Thankyou to all
Occasional street noise
Very helpful & pleasant staff
Having the toilet seperate from the bathroon
Friendly staff who were very helpful. Good cocktails at a reasonable price. An excellent location for bars and the NIA.
The bed we had was quite hard and therefore uncomfortable. The cost of breakfast was expensive.
At check in I asked if the room we had been allocated on the 2nd floor was a quiet room, the lady then swopped our room for one on the top floor at the back which was a blessing as the road was very busy and noisy on a Saturday night
Proximity to the cultural centre of Birmingham. Proximity to the restaurants and bars. of Broad Street and Brindley Place.
Very close to amenities in Birmingham City centre.
Location. Bar staff and general staff service Room was warm and comfortable
Room Had no character and toilet space was not very welcoming. The main disappointment was after choosing this hotel mainly for having its own parking area , it was quite a surprise to then after paying £80,00 for the room you then had to pay a further £14.00 to park your car for one night, a fact that was not illustrated on the booking information , I would of thought that parking would be free to residents this was I feel quite cynical and quite honestly smacked of pure greed.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything on the room was very clean. Bathroom sink excellent design - for a change!!
The quality of the bed/ very hard, pillows thick and lumpy and duvet just sad.
A late check out was requested at the time of bookung. Was not told we had been denied it until check so we had to cut our trip shorter than planned. The reason guven was that they were fully booked the next day. On checking this there were rooms available tge same as ours! The room we were allocated was an adjoining room and we coukd hear everything from next door.
Adjoining room and unfriendly reception staff
Staff attitude, location and size if hotel room
Wi-finwas a little slow
No extraction in room toilet
Dirty room with wet towels and dirty cups on arrival and faulty iron which fused most of the corridor
Comfortable bed Good size rooms
Rude staff, whilst I was checking in someone asked my husband what 'business' he had at the hotel!! Toilet was very dated Tired decor Only two tea bags provided
Location and spacious room.
Breakfast. We only eat continental and fruit salad was out of a tin, no muesli or fresh yogurt. Obviously caters for breakfast diners who should find the English breakfast acceptable.
Poor beds and pillows room had double bed and sofa bed although I asked for a twin bedded room I do not expect a sofa bed which in my opinion are for children I would not have booked this hotel if I had known their twin rooms have a sofa bed as one of the beds I was not informed this was the case
The food was amazing. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room.
It is very noisey at night as in a lively location.
The reception staff were friendly, rooms were clean.
For the price, the rooms are very basic, I've stayed in the Premier Inn in Birmingham for half the price & the rooms were better. Noisy at night because of location near bars. Breakfast is totally overpriced - absolutely ridiculous. The male restaurant staff were all miserable but the women were friendly. Spend your money elsewhere.
