Comfortable room Good breakfast
Toilet in seperate room
Location was good and there was a saints bursts right next door for milk as hotel does not supply fresh milk in rooms
I did not like the carpet in my room it was badly stained and marked looked bad. The breakfast was £13.50 very overpriced for what was available also the bottled water in the rooms were small ones and cost £2.50 each !!!!
Everything about the hotel, staff etc was perfect just found it to not be right for me.
Did not sleep too well as close to clubs etc. and found it noisy till around 5am. Would probably be fine for other people but next time, would opt for hotel a little bit further away from Broad Street.
the staff went out of their way to meet my needs with a room on a lower floor. The breakfast was excellent can't say better than that and so much of it. slept like a log.
having the toilet next to the door. probably just a personal thing but as I could hear people closing doors etc. in the hallway it did make me wonder what they could hear from my room.
Phone call previous day to ask what time I would be arriving. Mentioned I have walking stick and they suggested I park outside and go to reception - on arrival Anuj was there to greet me, organised car parking helped with luggage and everytime I went to the desk he was there to assist me both days
Location. Large comfortable bed.
Seperate toilet old and dated.
Location, good clean room
Have been to this hotel before, this time the room we were given was by the lift and stairs. The noise early on a Sunday morning wasn't much fun! Booked as a break away with my husband to see John Bishop and catch up on sleep with having two young children not possible with the noise level, banging doors etc
Room was cheap enough, and great location if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a night out etc, as the bars and clubs are just outside the door.
The room was tidy and looked clean however it smelt awful!! If we had been staying for more than 1 night we would have had to complain about the smell.
The restaurant prepared really good food - evening and morning. Nice size room. Nice looking hotel.
The free wi Fi signal was in-usable - so slow that my iPad kept timing out. The chargeable parking was more expensive than I expected, making the cheap rate, not so cheap anymore.j
The location of the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance of main attractions and nightlife. Breakfast was good.
Interior of hotel could do with some tlc. Corridors and bedroom carpets could do with steam cleaning. I didn't like the fact that my toilet was separate from the bathroom and it had pebble dash walls.
Short walk to NIA and a good choice of restaurants nearby.
The noise levels outside hampered sleep until gone 3am. Lots of police sirens and loud youths which I know the hotel can't control
We were able to check as soon as we arrived which was lucky as we were early x Great Breakfast & service all round
Where I stay I am always at the end of the corridor??? may of preferred 2 single bed rather than 1 large bed
Location is 20min walk to The Bullring and 10mins to nia. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and huge selection.
Good easy to find with Basement Parking
Couldn't stay longer
It was a great location for the NIA and Broad Street. The lobby and bar were clean and modern.
Breakfast was nice but they struggled to keep it replenished. This therefore meant quite a lot of people had to wait for the hot breakfast.
great location, staff very helpful
wi-fi did not work
Ideally suited for nia users and located on broad street which has everything
Very friendly & helpful staff, quick service
Room was realy good and very spacious and the fercillities in the room were excellent
Being kept awake till 1am cause of a party being on in a function room as our room was on the first floor above were the party was, apart from that nothing else we didn't like
The hotel overall was okay. The bed and room layout was good, and facilities were good.
There was what looked like a blood stain on the carpet, could have been lipstick but looked more like blood. And upstairs a bed violently rocking all night.
only decaff coffee available, rooms were very dated, damaged chipped woodwork, lumpy bed, couldn't take the car out even though paid full 24hr car park rate as would incur further charges. I wont be returning my £109 would would've have got me a beautiful room elsewhere.....if only one was available at the time
Friendliness of staff and location. Loved the breakfast.
Attended the hotel for a works party. Room where the function was held was perfect for the occasion but but very hot. Had to ask 3 times for air conditioning to be turned on; I don't think it ever was because the room was also very hot.
Great location - 5 min walk to ICC & 15 mins from train station.
Carpets look a little past their best
Hotel was in great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good & the room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfy.
Helpful staff gave us good directions to NIA just a short walk away.
