Rooms were excelent, very clean and good size The restaurant was closed and food could only be taken in the bar or in room We had to eat our dinner on our laps in our room as the bar was so full We should have been informed that the restaurant would be closed this was very bad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Room excellent value for money. Bathroom modern with a comfortable bath (tv sound piped to this room). Within easy walking distance of airport departures. Would certainly stay there again. |

Room was spacious and clean, loved the shower, however the carpet had lots of stains. Breakfeast was very good with a varied selection of healthy food, service was excellent. Building work in reception area distracted from hotel apperance, but didn't affect our stay. |

A friendly welcome in a very convienent location for the NEC. Car parking was very close by and discounted by the hotel. |

Staff are very friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There was building work while we were staying at the hotel, so the first impressions was disapointing, but the hotel and staff excellent. |

It is very close to the Birmingham airport terminals. The breakfast was good and the staff polite and helpful. I was disappointed that there was no Gideon Bible in the room. |

The hotel was in a conveniant location,and had most facilities that I would want. The food was of a very good standard and the rooms were always clean and spacious. Most of the staff were very helpful and have no complaints. The charging system is very poor, charging us breakfast when we did not have any, and having to explain this twice to the reception staff. The cost of food was extortionate. £20:00 for a steak, £14.50 for breakfast, which is not advertised. Also renovation work was taking place and although the hotel made every effort to minimise disruption we were not advised this was taking place when booking. |

Breakfast and close to NEC for the concert we attended. The first room I was allotted had dirty towels and the bed had not been made. |

Extreme convenience to NEC, airport and rail link, as well as easy access to road network. High quality provision at reasonable price. Variable quality of service in dining room, with some staff inattentive to customer needs and others providing excellent service. I would prefer car parking to be part of a 'stay package', with a possible discount, rather than have a separate need for payment at the car park on leaving. |

Friendly hotel convenient for the NEC and the airport ;the room was comfortable and clean with virtually no noise from traffic or aircraft. The hotel tried to charge me £51 more than the tarrif I had booked with you. |

The location was really handy or lg arena. The front desk staff were really helpful. The room was comfortable. There were four of us and we only had slippers and robe for one. Also our fridge had not been replenished there was one chocolate in the box which I wanted to bring away for my partner but it had been opened. Also the size of the room was a little misleading it was a little cramped with two teenagers and two adults. |

excellent location for airport and NEC. No air conditioning, the bedroom was far too hot, so we had to open window, thus, having noise all night. |
