Personally the duvet was too thick and was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep, only fault

Very prompt retrieval of booking, and warm welcome. Closeness to the airport. Quiet.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. the restaurant staff were wlecoming, helpful and very obliging and made our stay a really good experience. Especially so, as most of the people staying there would only be staying one night and therefore relationships are difficult to build. The hotel obviously has a good, effficient and understanding manager, who values his/her staff.

It was brilliant to have a good quality hotel near the airport for early morning flight and a wake up call for 3.00am

Check in took almost 20minutes no bath in room

Parked my vehicle to check in and went to return hire car to find on leaving hotel they wanted a charge of £7 because we hadn't validated our ticket and by the time we turned back to do that we'd gone over the 20 mins required

A five minute walk from the terminal building and shuttle to the train station.

I checked in at 10 a.m. - as this is an airport hotel I would not expect this to be a problem as I was leaving at 8 a.m. less than 24 hr later. I had to pay a £15 supplement. Not impressed compared to Hilton or Holiday Inn chains. Toilet is a separate narrow room, not very pleasant. I had a drink in the bar on Sunday night, service was cursory. The toilets in the basement near the bar were fine but upon entering the stairwell to reach them, there was an overpowering stale odour.

The carpet in the room was grubby. Cigarette burns and stains. When we mentioned to reception they did offer to move us, but we just wanted to let them know so we did not end up with a bill for the cleaning!

We had a flight out of Birmingham Airport at 0620 hours. The hotel is literally across the road from the terminal building, so we had a sleep over and woke up at a reasonable time for our flight.

We flew into Birmingham very late at night and had to travel to Manchester. We had to sleep over and the hotel is right outside the door of the terminal - so the location is ideal.

Very friendly helpful staff and a great location for airport, rail and nec. Room I stayed in had a desk and good WiFi (chargeable) which made it great for working

Rooms could do with an update, didn't like separate wc. Food a bit expensive but good quality although £3 surcharge for eating in room a bit unnecessary.

Dinner at the hotel was excelent - to be honest that did surprise me as its an airport hotel.... service was very good by all staff i dealt with

Lighting in room is often somewhat dim, if you need a bright light for work or whatever then its not really good enough.

Really easy to get to from the train station, and easy to get to the NEC. Great space in the room, comfortable bed, couch was also good, mini fridge, nice modern bathroom.

Light was a little dim in the toilet room but nothing too troublesome

Size of room. Advertised as spacious but it was far from spacious with about 10cm between beds..far from spacious.

Clean, tidy hotel in a great location.

Loved the fact that we could just walk over to the terminal for our flight in the morning. No hassle. The room was spacious and clean. There was a good selection of beer in the bar, including Leffe Brun, which set us up a treat for a superb meal in the restaurant.

There wasn't anything that I positively didn't like. We didn't have to eat or drink in the hotel; we could easily have strolled across to the airport itself, so my gripe that althought the room was attractively priced at £76 (not including breakfast) the evening meal and drinks for two equalled that, is my own fault.

Service, Quality of the breakfast, the package i bought included movies and internet, the room was of a high quality

The hotel rooms were comfy & spacious. There was no noise from the airport & being so close to it I thought we were going to be disturbed.

The location was ideal for travelling and was value for money.

When you arrived in the airport there was no signs or directions to the hotel.
