The location was excellent (we were at the Rotary Convention) and the hotel had all we needed. Room was a bit small and not enough storage space (we are on teh road for three weeks!). |

Conveniently located between airport and National Exhibition Centre (NEC). Wish they would vacuum clean the carpet. Stayed 3 days without. The carpet was dirty when I arrived and remained so :-(. Better facilities for online check in and printing of bording cards are highly needed. |

The food was good Yes the cost of the parking, even with the discount it was in our opinion extortionate, we had no idea of the expense before we arrived and if we had known we would not have chosen this Hotel, it make it more expensive than other offers we had seen. We stayed as we were spending 2 days at the NEC, BBC Good Food & Gardeners World show |

Location, Helpful Team, Time breakfast started allowed early flight. Clean. Excellent amenities Check in and check out process overloaded far too easily - long wait time for very small queue, ansolute rip off for Internet connection |

Superb style and cleanliness. Comfort was catered for. All day dining and early breakfast was a great idea. Meters from departures yet no aiport noise was fantastic. We did not sleep well and could only put it down to lack of fresh air in the bedroom. |

Close to the airport. Not a friendly welcome and the room temperature was far too high. No possibility to cool down the room temperature. No airco. |

Liked the technology within the rooms and in the restaurant. Definitely geared to the seasoned traveller. They put me through a really embarassing process and tried to convince me that i did not have a reservation. It turned out that they had a booking.com reservation but not my name. After a really long day of travel all i wanted was a quick check in, not a hassle and an embarassment. I will never stay at another Novotel because of this experience. |

It is the most convenient hotel in the area for a very early flight out of the UK and the staff are always pleasant and the rooms are always clean and comfortable |
