excellent location for airport and NEC. No air conditioning, the bedroom was far too hot, so we had to open window, thus, having noise all night. |

close to the airport for us to go to eat, air rail to the nec, took 2 mins. and very quiet in the room. shower was fab! food and drink very expensive |

comfortable bed rather contradictory that you have a leaflet telling us all the things you do for the environment, byut every room has a tv left on for when guests check in, and no way of turning off the power - what a wastful use of energy |

Restaurant and bar areas were clean, functional and a pleasure to relax in. The food was more than acceptable and reasonably priced. A glass of wine at the bar was £7 which I thought was excessive. |

Polish staff was excellent.Very good food The staff at the bar pretty unfriendly and stressed.WC did not work first night repaired next day. |

We had some problems at the bar.Non residents are not allowed to order drinks after 10:30 pm.We were not aware of that.It became a huge problem so they even called the police!!!!Will never stay in that hotel anymore.And I used to do that every year with 40 of my friends. |

Staff worked hard and kept a bright face. No butter at breakfast; managers not to be seen; one highly efficient m o s on her own dealing with both the phone and an ever lengthening queue at checkout, not her fault. |

Good location and facilities. Room excellent, food very good. Would have liked detailed information about car parking arrangements and costs at the time of booking. Disappointing to find such a high cost only when checking in. |

It was across the street from the airport and close to small shopping area and free cart to train station. Breakfast was good and the place is nice and clean. |

we were in birmingham for concert at nec and the hotel is perfectly placed with mono rail link opposite to nec. staff very friendly room service prompt perfect for couple of nights stay business or pleasure in or around birmingham |

We went to the NEC to see Greenday - this hotel is ideally situated for the Nec, the Airport and going into Birmingham city centre. The staff are extremely helpful (thank you Fiona) and we will use it again. |

despite being on the airport you did not hear any noise the restaurant was shut and the notice said that you could order food until 12pm this was not the case and they had closed for food at 11pm not good when we had been to a concert and we were hungry!!! also in the morning they cleared away and switched off the lights over the breakfast foods whilst we were still getting our breakfasts i thought this was rude and also heard other people complaining |
