Great location, Very clean & comfortable
Very disappointed that the full selection of breakfast items were not available til end of service
Location was great.
The room was a little cold but this was rectified swiftly.
Room size, facilities, comfort of bed, location, value for money, quiet
Sheets and towels are ok. Shower is strong Wifi ok Location is ok
TV programs boring Shower door is no good carpet is too old
Convenient for Bristol Templemead station and city centre. Quiet stay. Good size room (Superior king)
Friendly helpful staff. Good price, umbrellas
Bath plug wouldn't come out, dodgy shower, cold breakfast items not replaced often enough on buffet. Breakfast not good value when the hot food is stone cold
Comfy, Clean hotel with cheery staff and a good location within walking distance of the station and most city centre sites. Rooms are good value for money.
At £13.95 the cost of breakfast is a little steep !!
The reception staff were very courteous, helpful and asked if we would like to upgrade to a suite at a favourable rate. (It may have been because we are Accor members, of course.) It was, as they said, a lovely big room.
Nice clean room, accommodated request for quiet room. Helpful staff
Bedroom was too hot.
worse nights sleep of my life genital hair in bath somebody else knickers in the bathroom banging all night banging on door receptionist had no answer when trying to ring. rude receptionist I could go on.
Paying for car parking...but that's all
The room was spacious, very clean and we were given a quiet location at the rear of the hotel. Convenient for both the railway station and city as we did not have a car.
The buffet breakfast and coffee was not hot, in fact it was merely tepid. The staff were apologetic and eventually admitted that there was a problem with the heated buffet that morning. By the time the staff offered for the chef to cook my breakfast again from scratch it was too late as my husband had already finished his. We were disappointed at no offer of even a partial refund which would have been nice because I don't feel that toast and yoghurt really warrant the price tag of a full English, but we didn't want to make a huge fuss.
Stayed 2-3 times before as love the location & accessibility to our preferred points of interest. Usually clean and comfortable and civilized. Never had grounds for complaint until now. Reception team apologized but no interest beyond 'sorry' & changing us to another room.
Ominously put in Room 101 on 1st night - dirty, cigarette ash on windowsills, tea & coffee spills & ring marks in situ revealed next morning, & in very late & already changed for bed on Fri night find aircon/heating switch broken so lack of sleep due to roaring system. Room 110 next night - next door girl group drunken noise into early hours as indeed foreign visitors opposite until almost 4am. Felt like we were punished & moved to group bookings corridor for having complained.
location staff generally quiet apart from AC
AC noise cold room
Clean and modern facilities . Choice of room with bath or shower. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
Everything was commendable
Clean, spacious, decent bath, ace room service. We enjoyed our stay.
Everything fine. Happy to be able to use the mini-fridge. Windows can be opened. Elevators are fast and sufficient. The restaurant is very good. I had a soup and a vegetarian dish and they were both faultless.
A bit of noise from the corridor, but not too much and very little noise from neighbouring rooms. Heating is through air conditionning, which would have almost certainly made me ill if I hadn't been able to avoid using it. The room was warm enough without the heating even on a cold January day.
Nowhere did it mention I would be charged £10 for parking. Not impressed.
Although a big chain, this hotel feels a bit cosier, and less generic than the others of this type. Great bed, great shower. Lovely staff.
The only down side is that you have to register your details for free wifi rather than just being provided with a password. I object to yet more companies having my details! Other than that - perfect - and I can cope offline for one night anyway.....
Lovely and warm and a great gym which i used everyday.
Noisy neighbours having a party in their room until 6am, New Years Day
Good staff. Nice hotel
Very convenient for Temple Meads station and the city centre. Comfortable, clean room, good service and very good breakfast.
The air conditioning had a persistent faint smell of cigarette smoke.
