Great location! Really close to the train station and all major city attractions. Good breakfast buffet. The fact that we have to pay for the internet access. |

Spacious room with ability to sit down at a desk and do some work 1. The price of the internetconnection is (very!) high and 2. When I tried to use it, the options in the TV menu that were supposed to be there, didn't show up in spite of the fact that I asked at the reception to enable their use. After that, I gave up and used a free WiFi connection at a nearby Starbucks. |

The hotel was quiet, especially at night. It had a spacious foyer and I liked the sitting/bar area. My room was a good size; facilities were good. |

The hotel, facilities and staff were excellent (also the choice for breakfast couldn't be beaten!) We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Bristol and definitely plan to stay at the Novotel again. . . |

Staff friendly and professional. Excellent value for a family city trip, which we enjoyed. Hotel beds were quite uncomfortable and the room extremely hot. |

Next to the railway station. Cercanía a la estación de tren. Although we paid our 2-night stay in cash at the hotel, they also charged us another 3 more nights on our credit cards. We had to ask for a refund when we came back. Aunque pagamos nuestra estancia de 2 noches en efectivo en el hotel, nos cobraron otras 3 noches más en las tarjetas de crédito. Cuando regresamos tuvimos que solicitar al banco que devolviera los cargos de las tarjetas. |

great location, good value, very comfortable, we were allowed an early check in which was very helpful. the maids were noisy in the halls, calling out to eachother from different ends. our bathroom was not cleaned properly upon check in, as there were hairs in the bath and on the walls. |

As usual with Novotel, the room was spacious & clean. I particularly like the new feature of being able to play my iPod through the television. I'm being very picky, but the lack of teletext on the TV was a surprise. |
