Staff gave us free breakfast for being treated so bad on our 1st night ( see below )
Arrived at 1.00am to be told our room was out of order and we had been booked in ibis instead which was 15 mins away by car at 1am after long journey :-(
I rate this hotel had no problems here wiukd definatly stay again
Never got told we had wifi or didn't know password for it other wise would have used it instead used up all my roaming
All the Bar staff & General Manager ( French ) were absolutely brilliant, could not do enough for us in particular James who was very amusing, we will be staying here again when we are in the area on business.
Nothing all good
Clean, friendly staff would stay again
Lights in the room not bright enough
Location size of rooms and staff were really friendly and accommodating
Location was good food was very good
Room was very dated but clean bath to small to use
Breakfast was good value for money,
The service was excellent..
I was transfered to the other novotel in far location.
Too noisy didn't sleep at all was disturbed by loud talking and and doors opening and closing all night
Decent size rooms and TV
Very old and dated
Pricey evening meal but steak superb ! Good Breakfast with friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Toilet separated by two doors from bathroom.
Albeit small the fitness centre was very welcome.
Option breakfast seemed very expensive!
Comfortable, and conveniently situated for a family wedding the next day. Modern bathroom with large enough towels. Substantial breakfast included in our deal, and an adequate evening meal.
The night supervisor I think the name is Fadiga was very brilliant made sure we enjoyed our stay

Chose this venue to attend an event at the Ricoh arena (15 min walk away). Good value accommodation, clean, good tv, bathroom with modern fittings and all worked well. Iron provided in the room, as well as kettle, tea and coffee.
There are no amenities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The (optional) breakfast is way too expensive. No twin rooms were available, so one of us had to sleep on a sofa bed (which was comfortable).
The staff and facilities were excellent with a great gym. Very good selection of food and drink and a superb breakfast. Bed was comfortable and a lovely refurbished bathroom.
I didn't like the fact that I could only stay for 1 night. If I'd of had it my way, I would have stayed longer.
Everything about this hotel: be it Food, Facility, Staff, Room Service, Gym. I will visit this Hotel next time with my Family.
Room, food, staff,
Breakfast was okay
Room had not been cleaned properly, as cup marks on bedside table and room in general was not clean. Everywhere in hotel had a real shabby appearance.
The sink and toilet in different rooms. Unhygienic.
Staff, very friendly & helpful
Dated decor & textured walls. Uncomfortable beds. Very French Motorway style (and that's not a compliment)
