Super value. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms seems to have everything you need, location is central and yet not too busy. Nice breakfast. |

all public areas/facilities were too small for the number of guest rooms and thus the breakfast room, and leisure facilities were very crowded during half-term week. |

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Ideal for a city break in Edinburgh. Equipment in fitness room needed maintaining - both the bike and the rowing machines had faults which made them difficult to use |

The rooms and furnishings, such as comfortable matresses and a good television. The pool also looked very nice. Our room was right next to a glass/steel roof which covers the front door into the hotel reception, it rained all night and so the noise was so loud we have difficulty sleeping. |

Pre-booked it was cheap, with breakfast included. I was poorly on the last day and was able to stay in my room until 14.00 without any problems No local [real] ale at the bar - a universal problem for hotels it seems, despite their championing local produce! |

ideal location.convenient parking and close to bus route. Friendly staff. Good food and choice. modern decor and cleanliness. very relaxed atmosphere. unfortunately the bed in our superior room was very hard and uncomfortable which was the only downside to our stay. |

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. If you are just looking for a place to get your head down, rather than a hotel to relax at, then this is the place for you. Convenient location, pool is not the biggest in the world but is nice to relax in and also have a gym. If you are going to be driving alot, then the carpark is expensive (£10.00 on evert exit) but if you dont use the car during your stay, then it is value for money. I would also say that there are not that many spaces in the car park...probably about 15 at the most. |

Handy location for our purpose which was to catch up with family. Did not think it was necessary to have to pay £10 to get out of the hotel car park. |
