Novotel Edinburgh Centre

Hôtel classique avec tout le confort (piscine,...), chambre de qualité, très bien situé pour visiter Edimbourg. En pré-payé non remboursable, très bon rapport qualité/prix (sinon cher).

La chambre très grande et confortable,le petit déjeuner très copieux,la situation en centre ville,et le personnel très serviable.

Juste le spa et la piscine très agréables mais peut être pas assez traités;le parking toujours plein.

Choix des chaines TV nettement insuffisant, pas de chaines internationales. Personnel manquant d'expérience, peu professionnel.

Chambre de grande qualité et spacieuse. L'ensemble piscine, jacuzzi, sauna un plus.

good city centre location and good standard of accomadation and leisure facilities etc ( although did not use them as only 1 night stay)

On check out there was £10 charge to exit the car park, however there was no working access barrier in use at the car park,(which incidently means that dangerous blind bend at entry/exit had no traffic control) so although I paid the charge others could easily have not, staff could have waived the charge or used the barrier system to avoid people feeling as though they had been duped into paying for nothing.

i think the hotel was very impressive, had a nice central location and was great value for money.

Lovely clean and spacious room excellent location and very good value for money for our shorth stay whould deffently use again for our next trip

The temperature was very hot within the hotel, even the staff complained of the temperature. You don't have the ability to open windows in the rooms, the room was so hot even when we had the air conditioning set at the coldest setting and the fan on high, the temp did not drop. You would expect better from the Accor chain of hotels.

A/C quit working , but was given a discount to make up for it, the one outrage was a 16.90 charge for a local phone call, I would like an explanation for this,

they have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam/sauna room good for the family.

i did not like that the fact that the sofa bed for my child was not made up, let alone there was no covers for the sofa bed, the plug in bath was broken, tap at sink was broken, there was a sanitory towel lying under the bench in the ladies changing room which my son touched i wrapped it up and put into the bin disgusting. That put me off.
