Central location and accessible Expected a little more for my money, room was clean, but carpet had old stains on it which was quite surprised at, also the toilet was sepearate from bathroom which was fine, but was so small that it was impossible for my husband to close the door as he has long legs, he is 6ft but nowadays there's lots of people his height. Was generally disppointed at the room quality for the tariff we paid. Wouldn't recommend hotel on value for money. |

Clean room, helpful staff. Thought £12.95 pricey for breakfast as I had asked about the advert in the lift that offered bacon rolls etc at individual prices. I did ask about this but was told there was buffet only. These adverts should be removed if they do not apply. I definately did not eat enough to justfy the price. The tv sound was not working very well. |

The hotel is well located for shops and leisure activities. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities - tea/coffee maker, wide screen TV, separate ensuite bathroom, shower room. Good value for the rate we paid, would definately stay there again if through in Glasgow. |

It is very close to the city-walking distance to suchiehall street-2 mins.Very good value The bar closed at 1a.m. to residents. As we were a group of 20 we went back to teh hotel expecting that we could have a drink as residents rather than having to go to a nightclub. This was disappointing as some of our group arrived into Glasgow late.Should have been stated on booking. Would serve food late though. |

Unlike many Novotels (I have satyed at a few) the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Also a great rate through booking.com, almost half the normal rate! Car park is too small, it was full when we arrived on Friday evening, and expensive, £5 for each exit. not happy about on street parking in central Glasgow, especially at the weekend, as car is subject to attentions of passing nightlife/wildlife. Although hotel is directly opposite a police station. |

Hotel was pretty much ideally located for our weekend visit with regard to major places of interest and the city centre. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousnes (is that a word!!) of the room, made a big change from the usual cramped experiences of the past in other hotels. Breakfast was very good and very plentiful. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay. Only very minor dificulty was the shortage of parking places, but in our case, this was resolved by a member of staff by the name of Ronnie, giving up his parking spot for us, an extremely nice gesture. |
