Staffs are friendly, cleaness is excellent. The location is little far away from city centre. If you come from the train station, the way here is ramp, so if you have lugguges, you will be tired.

It was 5min walk to george square and close to saucihall street. The bed was very comfortable and had a luxury shower! The view wasnt impressive, there wasnt any toothpaste. There was a humming sound from the bed wall possibly a plant/boiler room behind the room I was in. The £8 exiting charge each time leaving the hotel car park was both steep and annoying, also not enough spacing which meant I had to leave my car in the road and get up early to move it without recieving a penalty charge!

This was our second stay at the hotel as it is very convenient for the Kings Theatre. We found the staff friendly but also professional, especially at Reception. We only stayed one night but wished it could have been longer, as it was a very relaxed atmostphere. Great beds too.

Been refurbished since my last stay which was a positive and made a difference to shower/bathroom area/bed and tv etc. Staff friendly and helpful and hotel parking was very handy. Found it strange that room had been refurbished but carpet looked like it had been there for last 25 years, stains all over and felt it let overall feel of room down. This is fairly minor issue but room was supposed to be superior and just felt I wouldn't like to have seen standard room.

On arrival the staff at reception were tremendous, so welcoming and friendly, more like being welcomed into their home than a hotel. Hotel room was ideal, spotlessly clean and cosy. Hotel itself was spotless warm and modern, would totally recommend if going to Glasgow for a city break :) Not a dislike, but car park under hotel was small for the hotels size, still great value for secure overnight parking in the city centre.

As we only stayed for a night out we did not make use of all facilities. Next time I would try to. Also loved the fact we got this on a great deal too.

Good location, modern, rooms are fine Reception was a bit cool. Perhaps because English was not the first language of the receptionist. Went for Dinner at 19.45 and was told that they were extremely busy and there would be a 40 minute wait. There were about 10 people in the dining room which could hold say 50+! I was however offered a complimentary drink. My main course was delivered in just under an hour.

The location was first class for averything, shops, bars, restaurants etc. Booking in was so easy and staff very polite and helpful. Rooms were spacious enough and so bright and fresh looking. Bedding, towels etc were so clean. It was quiet enough on the side I was staying so no disturbance overnight. Breakfast was very comprehensive and buffet style. Plenty of variety and very fresh. I have no adverse comments about this place which I will certainly use again for the city centre.

The rooms were well presented. The hotel boasts it's location. Novotel City Centre however is is a fair way out considering there is a novotel closer to the city I don't see this as accurate. The price of everything from a meal all the way down to a juice is to high. The carpark facilities are charged at 7pound every time you exit i don't understand how u can be charged 7pound for someone to press a button. The Internet facilities are charged also which is so behind the times for Glasgow and the two computers in the foyer offered as free Internet seem to be used as child minding facilities and hard to get on.

Smart, simple, clean, and modern in style. Staff were all very helpful. Very close to Sauciehall Street, and walkable to Central Station for trips out of town. We could walk to many of the major attractions including Glasgow School of Art and Kelvingrove Museum (about 20 mins walk). Also a good location for some of Glasgows good restauraunts, including, 'Opium' - fine dining Chinese/Thai, 'Two fat Ladies' and a good Indian buzzing with custom. Rooms spacious with comfy sofa, and lovely clean bathroom. Breakfast very varied and excellent menu from exotic fruit salad to haggis. Would stay again & recommend to friends.

Its central location - the rooms were lovely. Breakfast should have been included in the price. But the meals were superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great experience
