Very spacious rooms, centric location, kind and professional staff, pool table at bar area and gym with sauna and steam bath. The furniture is cheap and looks a bit 'big family holidays' style. Window frames are old, so if you want your heater to work at it best, you have to keep the thick thermal curtains shut. |

The staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast and service was excellent. The room was noisy, coupled with uncomfortable pillows and bed didn't get much sleep. The bar was slightly overpriced if wanting to spend time in it. Probably wouldn't recommend hotel. |

spacious rooms and nice bathroom there was an unpleasant smell when you enter the room near the toilet (like someone vomited and it dried up) Other than this, everything else is fine. |

The hotel is very clean and modern, good size of room, comfortable and enough space to move around getting ready. The view from our window was pretty bad but not the fault of the hotel, I guess it's just the location. |

Staff were excellent and I left some of property in the room which was returned to me very promptly The room wasn't as clean as I would normally expect from a hotel and the gym wasn't operational although I was offered an alternative but it wasn't suitable. |

Location, cleanliness and friendly helpful staff Bed in room 406 was saggy to the extent it sloped inwards to the centre. This sort of bed needs to be replaced |

I liked the hotel for the position, close enough to the city centre but far enough away to park and not feel too busy. I also thought the hotel was very friendly, the staff were very helpful. |

Staff and design of the room was excellent - particularly liked the shower. I believe renovations were being made on my floor to the gym facility. This did create some early morning noise which woke me and was quite frustrating. |
