The room was very spacious and clean. Nice selection of breakfast food. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way for the main shopping and bar areas

We were offered an upgrade with free movies and internet access and the breakfast was lovely plus we got a nespresso machine in the room to play with. the toilet was separate from the bathroom and not as modern as the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable considering it was an executive room. the wifi didn't work as easily as it was explained.

The inital welcome when we arrived was excellent and the girl at reception was extremely professional and helpful. The girl at reception on our departure was extremely abrupt and downright rude. She was French (Benedicti), was her name, I think. She spoiled our very positive experience and opion of your hotel. Pity as I think we may have returned.

The hotel was spacious and staff were welcoming. Outside noise due to location of room and also there was a smell of urine in the room the toilet was located in. Room looked clean but did have an odour. I did not feel that the rooms were of any higher a standard than those of the travelodge/premier inn.

Location was ideal as we were attending a concert nearby. The staff were very friendly and the room was modern and clean. Having to pay for wifi. Don't see the point of this and it is an important actor when I choose hotels.

Room was spacious as compared to other European hotels. The offered 2-for- 1 for breakfast which we didn't try as it was still very costly. We didn't like the quilt covers as they were little rough and used to make too much of sound which is very disturbing while sleeping. Not so close to Central/Queen Station of Glasgow. No water in the room at least a small bottle a day is expected from a brand name like Novotel. No free wifi inspite of I being a member.

Being able to park in the basement car park for my entire stay was a bonus. I thought the bed wasn't as comfy as I was expecting from a Novotel. I stayed for 4 nights and therefore it wasn't just a one night stay. My Thai Chicken Curry from the restaurant wasn't good value for money. The burger and chips were good. Possibly changes to the menu required to improve the food.
