It was very clean, the rooms were very modern and the restaurant was very good

I didn't sleep very well as i like ventilation and the room was a little warm

I booked an executive room which had all the facilities I expected including robe and slipper . Very comfortasble room on the forth floor Dining was a liitle special as I was given a television booth complete with headphones,similar to buisness class dining on an aircraft

Friendly staff, easy location, clean acnd comfortable. Good value for money. I liked the modern bathroom.

The hotel is very well located, and a very short walk from the modern and renovated quatside.

Having stayed at this hotel many times, it was very disappointing to learn that Sky Sports had been pulled off in the bar area. When there are many solo travellers there in the week, a beer, food and Sky Sports works very well. This is a big mistake I believe. Also, the shower did not produce hot water on two occasions during my week, only luke warm, not great.

Staff excellent,position re the centre of town good, also easy access to main trunk roads.

No hand washing facilities in WC. The WC was seperate from the bathroom, which is a good idear, but it meant going through three doors into the bathroom

Reception, comfortable room, perfect location close to railway station, football ground and city centre.

It was ideally located for access to the football stadium, city centre including shops, theatre and restaurants and the waterfront

We needed a room for a night close to a private function we had attended as we didnt want to travel home. The hotel came in at the right price and distance for us

The cost of breakfast is very expensive and we walked round to the Waterfront instead. We also left our car at the private function we had attended as I object to paying carpark charges on top of hotel room prices!

The hotel is in a great location, both a short walking distance to the shops, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice hotel.

There could be more milk for the tea and coffee service in the rooms.

Very close to town centre with a wide range of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hotel offers modern, clean and friendly environment. The breakfasts are excellent.

I think their restaurant prices for Dinner is too steep at weekends for families to make use of. I understand that during the week the hotel is full of businessmen - in which case the prices are ok from Monday to Thursday. Remember, there are dozens of restaurants and bars closely with very attractive choice and prices.
