It was very clean, the rooms were very modern and the restaurant was very good I didn't sleep very well as i like ventilation and the room was a little warm

Very close to town centre with a wide range of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hotel offers modern, clean and friendly environment. The breakfasts are excellent. I think their restaurant prices for Dinner is too steep at weekends for families to make use of. I understand that during the week the hotel is full of businessmen - in which case the prices are ok from Monday to Thursday. Remember, there are dozens of restaurants and bars closely with very attractive choice and prices.

Bathroom was lovely. Liked location. Love the bar lounge area design. Bed was comfortable Cheap toilet roll. Coffee jug was dirty. No Lime available at the bar (Tesco Express just up the road). Coffee maker was broken. Didn't get greeted when I went into Restaurant for breakfast.

We needed a room for a night close to a private function we had attended as we didnt want to travel home. The hotel came in at the right price and distance for us The cost of breakfast is very expensive and we walked round to the Waterfront instead. We also left our car at the private function we had attended as I object to paying carpark charges on top of hotel room prices!

The hotel is in a great location, both a short walking distance to the shops, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice hotel. There could be more milk for the tea and coffee service in the rooms.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Having to pay to park the car an uneccessary expense. I also think more people would stay for breakfast if your prices were more realistically priced. We walked into town and had a full english breakfast with coffee for less than £7.00 each. More than half the price that your hotel is charging!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. We both had a comfortable rest despite the disturbances. Unfortunately my daughter and I were disturbed by other guests on three occasions during the night. This was unsettling for my daughter and on one occasion she was scared. This would be remedied by better sound proofing maybe..... Although the internal door did help with minimising the noise. Finally, being technophobes the tv was hard to understand so we did not turn it on. I thought the breakfast was very expensive so we brought our own!!

Hotel room was of a good size however despite staying in January the room was far too hot and even with the one small window open I had a very bad nights sleep. There is no aircon, just a heating thermostat which was switched off. The room was very clean except for the toilet which had terrible brown stains which were unsightly. Finally the bathroom and separate toilet had no lock. Do not use the mini bar....£2.50 For a can of coke!!! Overall I good stay and great location
