Ease of access to city centre, clean and tidy, no real complaints at all. Paper didn't get delivered and I suspect it was pinched by some idiot late night reveller who chose to bang on the door at around 5am.Bit of noise but it was the weekend. |

Location, 5mins walk from shops. Food stated 24hr room service but was not, it ended at 1am, offered an alternative of a take away that took an hour to arrive. Complained, and they apologised, paid for the food, and offered me a free room upgrade on my next stay. |

The size of the room was good, large and plenty of space to leave the luggage. The bed was comfortable and having a sofa and two chairs in the room was great. We stayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The first night was ok but the weekend was very noisy, people running up and down corridors, doors banging, people giggling and laughing and shouting, even late at night. Not a very quiet hotel at all. Some other unpleasent issues: we couldn't control the room temperature from the room and sometimes the air was a bit dry; the windows are fastened so that they can't be opened more than an inch or two; they could do with a more powerful hairdryer. |

The reception staff were excellent on arrival; they could not of helped more. In fact all staff were very helpful, made you feel welcome and stay enjoyable. Would recommend. |

The staff could not have been more helpful. The location for the city is very good and the car park is a big advantage. The Hotel seems to be very busy, but this shows in its condition. It is very tired and the main entrance was grubby, cigarette butts in the entrance hall. |

Friendly and efficient. Very good breakfast. Central. Dining facilities and reception/bar area welcoming adn comfortable. Spacious rooms. gym and sauna a bonus. Decor is a bit dated in the bedrooms. Wi Fi in rooms would have been very useful. |

Proximity to train station and city centre Usual thing with Novotels - value for money when there are offers on but not at their standard prices ... then there are better options. I would not pay the standard price to stay in this one. |
