Novotel Leeds Centre  

Very polite staff.. We arrived early around 12 and was hoping to leave aour bags until check in for 2pm but she kindly offered us early check in. Impressed by the level of customer service. Very close to train station, and city centre. 2Mins walking distance.. Very clean, and well maintained hotel.

It was in the perfect location as we were going to a party in just round the corner in King St. It was very clean, affordable with a good breakfast and we didn't have to rush to be out in the morning as you do in so many hotels. We got us late and had a late breakfat before we headed off. Really good overnight stay thank you very much.

The middle aged man on the next table to us at breakfast who had a massive sulk and refused to eat his breakfast because he had to wait a couple of minutes for the hash browns to be replenished!!! Ours was lovely. They were worth waiting for in my opinion. Thank you very much again!

Very convenient location, sited near all the local amenities. Excellent parking facilities, with generous company policy. I was attending a meeting sat/sun, checked out sun 12 noon, yet was allowed to keep car in parking until 5pm. Really appreciated that little touch of customer care. Thanks

Quiet comfortable room. Good breakfast. Very convenient for station.

Minor point only - no marmalade at breakfast. Someone asked lady serving and she said she'd get some sent out but none arrive.

Extremely near to all amenities shopping, rail station.

Everything was to our liking cannot find any fault.

It was very clean, modern and simple to find your way around. The times for leaving the next day was excellant as we didn't need to rush and get up early after a night in the city centre

We were under the impression that parking was included in the cost of the hotel however after reserving out room online, we went to the hotel to find we had to pay an extra 10.00 gbp for overnight parking fee'S. I dont think im wrong in believing that you would book a hotel to stay overnight, hense needing a bed to sleep in so im confused as to why it is ''overnight'' fee's they sting you for! This should have clearly been stated in the booking as we would have chosen another hotel that provided upfront parking costs that were cheaper.

Excellent room and facilities. The food in the restaurant was first class as good as any stand alone city restaurant.

The overall experience was excellent.the staff were more than helpful and considerate.the food and service was excellent . it was the beginning of an onward trip to york for christmas the hotel gave us just the right start for our christ mas celebrations well done to all concerned

Ease of check in friendly courteous staff in hotel and restaurant. Ease of parking and 24 hour tariff . breakfast staff and food excellent. Would recommend and stay again for buiness and or leisure. Very well done indeed

The location and parking was good xx the bed was comfy and bathroom was excellent xx the room carpet was disgusting and the check out was painful !!!!!
