The stuff at the reception is helpful and responsive. The stuff in the dining room is doing the best to make you feel good and satisfied. The breakfast is very good. The public places are pleasant. The room was clean and nice. Wardrobe was too small for a family The bathroom was compact and not comfortable.

Clean, modern, comfortable, ease of booking, spacious room, polite staff, proximity to South Bank small pillows and only one each; tea at breakfast quickly went cold - one teabag in a small teapot - not a good standard of "English tea". Hot water jug and bigger teapot for 2 sharing would sort this.

Very nice hotel room, nice facilities. Close to National Theatre, Tate Modern, London Eye - all the South of the river London attractions. At over £15 breakfast was quite expensive we didn't have it so I cannot comment on what it is like.

Location is very convenient, rather calm for a city like London and reception will provide you with all the necessary advice you might need as a tourist. we had a very comfortable, well looked after city trip and we can recommend a stay at the novotel south east to everyone who comes to town, family single, business or other - a good choice in any case.

Location was ideal for the purpose of our trip. We booked last minute and got the room for £88 which, for London was very reasonable. However, the room was let down by the bathroom facilities. On arrival there was a disgusting smell of drains which stayed with us for most of the night. The bathroom, which I believe was suitable for a disabled person was disappointing. The door did not close properly which meant that we could not shut out the smell of drains nor gain privacy. A disabled person would have struggled to open it. The shower, which was a walk in shower did not drain properly resulting in flooding the rest of the bathroom. You could not leave the shower running for any length of time. This meant you could not shower properly. Very disappointing. I realise that we did not pay full price but I do not expect, in these circumstances, to have to put up with shoddiness. The staff took note of our complaint.

The sofa bed for the 3rd person was very dirty and we had to wait for this to be changed at gone 1130pm. The offered a free breakfast to compensate but i would of preffered a clean bed not the best end to a good night in London

Large well set up room with good welcome extras (harirdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, tv) Quiet and I liked how dark the room became at night (black out curtains?) The option of shower and bath was also excellent.

Room service food was very good value and delicious. Our room had a really lovely view. The bed wasn't overly comfy and I had to request extra pillows as there were only two in the room. We were supplied with a borken travle cot, only to be told they were all broken. The housekeeping staff were very apologetic, and did get a replacement from another hotel, but quite late by which time it was too late as the baby was asleep.

Perfect location, efficient staff, 6am breakfast perfectly on time, comfortable room, great bathroom. It's not good value for money for a basic stay (ie if you dont have time to use the gym or the other facilities I guess). Very expensive tho perhaps one is paying for the location rather than anything else

Convenient location, very clean and modern room, availability of room service Didn't sleep a wink the room was so noisy I think my room must have been next to a generator. Mentioned this to receptionist in the morning and she didn't seem remotely concerned

Breakfasts were good, the staff at the restaurant was helpful and friendly Room was too small and inconvenient. Bathroom is tiny, the bath itself is so small that one could not even kneel down in it. Shower gel was drying the skin so it was burning the whole night.

i like the location because it is very near the central of London. It took me only 10 mins to get to Bond Street, Westminster, London Eye etc. It is too pricey and unreasonable. We paid like nearly 200 pound per night for the room but the internet wasnt inlcuded in the price. It costed 20 pound to surf internet 1 day which is so annoying. Any hotel with lower price could given the internet free.

Very modern, spacious, executive rooms. Nespresso on the room. Internet and bottled water included in the executive room rate. Location (5-10 min walk to underground, very close to the river, Shakespeare Globe and Tate Modern). Internet rates would have been too high if not included (15 pounds for 1 day),
