The hotel was vey conveniently located and as we were travelling as a group it was excellent value for money. We were very pleasantly surprised on our arrival to find that one of our rooms had been upgraded to a suite l!! The hotel booking was non-refundable, even with a booking made several weeks in advance. This might put me off using them again. sometimes your plans change (number of guests, dates, rooms needed...?) I don't really understand why that should cost close to £500?? |

Excellent location for the South Bank. Also really appreciated the use of the steam and sauna. The changing facilities are a bit restrictive but overall a great extra. |

Clean comfortable room. Late night resteraunt with good service Carried my bags to the end of long corridore to find that room smelled of smoke. was asked if smell was too bad! had to walk back to reception with bags only to be sent to same corridore. Would have been better if staff came up to chage my room. |

Very nice and clean, near to city center. The vegetarian breakfast was not that great. the veg sausage was very tough and slighty burnt. For the price that is charge is was not worth it. Some of there food lack seasoning, and expensive. |

Really well sited for Tate Modern, south bank in general, Globe and, at the weekends, Borough Market. Staff were exceptionally good despite being under considerable pressure at times. TV didn't work and they weren't able to fix it and it would have helped queues at Reception if they had had a luggage porter on duty. |

Stay was pleasant but we were away the whole day => no feedback on facilities (Sauna, Hammam or fitness). 1 negative remark : evening shift was not able to recommend a good restaturant in the center of London => a pity! - No tips available for restaurants |

The layout of the rooms is excellent and it was lovely to have a separate toilet. The rooms and the bathrooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent and was easy to get to. At reception the staff were very good, no queue waiting at all. All hands on deck. |

The quality of the rooms was good and the food at breakfast was fantastic. Someone banged on the door (housekeeping I presume) and came into the room in the morning while we were sleeping. We did not have a 'do not disturb' sign up but we were only there for one night and was not expecting housekeeping who should not enter rooms until after guests on a one night stay have checked out. |

Dedication of staff - I phoned late on Saturday night to ask about nearby Catholic Masses the next day. The receptionist said he would find out and leave a note under my door. On Sunday morning, I found an envelope waiting for me with a note, printout from local church websites and maps to the churches from the hotel waiting for me. Room didn't warrant four stars, in my opinion, but rather three. It was clean and functional and had a widescreen TV but it lacked the real 'comfort factor'. |

A very friendly and comfortable hotel in an ideal location. Many of London's major attractions are within easy walking distance along the Thames. There is a variety of good places to eat nearby (also one or two shops for essentials). |

Very convenient location for South Bank venues. Convenient to access from Kent where we live. Good to have a car park connected with the hotel. Weekend rate for our room makes it a first choice for overnight visits to London, though presumably there are no discount prices during the week. |
