La habitación estaba limpia, el trato del personal del hotel genial. Además se me olvido una bolsa de mano en el hotel y me han dado todas las facilidades para recogerla. |

El hotel es nuevo y destacaría la limpieza, la ubicación, el trato del personal y aunque un poco caro, para ser Londres está bien la relación calidad precio. Aunque la habitación no era pequeña estaría mejor con un poco más de amplitud, diría lo mismo del baño. |

Las instalaciones son buenas y el personal tambien, acogedor, moderno, funcional. En realidad la reserva era para otro hotel de la cadena y debido a un error informático del hotel nos trasladaron a éste. |

La situación, la limpieza. Hemos cursado por medio de booking una reclamación al hotel por no asignarnos nuestras habitaciones sino las de discapacitados, solo después de mucho insistir pudimos trasladarnos al día siguiente a las habitaciones que habíamos reservado con 4 meses de antelación. |

the hotels works is convenient the food is good , breakfst buffet is efficient.Very nice staff There was not hot water in the hotel one morning following a break down in the water supply whic is an inconvenience when you have to rush in the morning. I asked for a compensation : I got a free breakfast |

Design of the room and the bathroom facilities. Access to the internet free of charge for 20mins. The luggage room once we checked out was a massive bonus. The bed and bathroom so close together. |

The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed just one night but would not hesitate to return especially if the excellent offer via Booking.com were repeated! |

We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying there again. Helpful and serviceminded personnel. Good breakfast. Good location. Nice and clean room, though relative little space for three. On a balance good value for money. |

I got my room at roughly 40% off discount for the double bed executive room. I must say for the money that I paid and for the quality of the rooms, there was no comparison. The included breakfast was also of a satisfactory standard.However this is obviously bearing in mind the substantial discount I got. If I had paid full price for the room, the value would still have been completely reasonable, rather than good. Staff were prompt and quick to respond to any issues or enquiries. Location wise it is within 1 mile of Oxo tower, London eye area, just on the other side of the Thames. The Southwark tube station is nearby, but having said that during my stay there, the entire area was not serviced by the Tube due to weekend work. Apparently this happens quite alot, so I ended up having to take taxi's most of the time, a costly alternative. If you are familiar with London bus routes that might not be so much of a problem. Another issue is that the car park is actually owned by another hotel so I was not able to get discount rates. I had to pay £20 per 24 hour's to park my car there costing an extra £60 quid for 3 days stay. |

Central for visiting all places of interest in the city including theatres and restaurants in the evening. At worst everything is a £10 taxi ride away or a £5 all day ticket from the underground located 5 minutes on foot from the hotel will take care of your needs throughout the day. All of this plus a quiet location on Southward Bridge Road may make this hotel just what you are looking for. Superior Room was quite cramped & check in proved to be a problem. |
