Nærhet til tube og riverfront. Bra frokost buffet og topp treningsfasiliteter.Svært hyggelig og ekspeditt betjening, det er ingenting å utsette på servicen du får når du spør, men hvorfor må vi si ifra for å få perfekt service - den burde være på plass uten mas. Det er det som skiller topp hoteller fra de som er nesten topp.

Unødvendig rot med hva som er inklusive i romprisene og småting som loves pr. romkategori er ikke nødvendigvis på plass når du kommer på rommet, ingen big deal. Vannet renner fra badet inn på rommet når du dusjer da det ikke er terskler der og armaturer og dusjhoder er på grensen til helt utslitt og vriene å bruke, det gjelder ikke bare dette hotellet i London dog.

The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed just one night but would not hesitate to return especially if the excellent offer via Booking.com were repeated!

Staff were very efficient. We were in our room within 5 minutes of arriving. Looked after our luggage on day of check out.

Directions to find it were not good

I got my room at roughly 40% off discount for the double bed executive room. I must say for the money that I paid and for the quality of the rooms, there was no comparison. The included breakfast was also of a satisfactory standard.However this is obviously bearing in mind the substantial discount I got. If I had paid full price for the room, the value would still have been completely reasonable, rather than good. Staff were prompt and quick to respond to any issues or enquiries.

Location wise it is within 1 mile of Oxo tower, London eye area, just on the other side of the Thames. The Southwark tube station is nearby, but having said that during my stay there, the entire area was not serviced by the Tube due to weekend work. Apparently this happens quite alot, so I ended up having to take taxi's most of the time, a costly alternative. If you are familiar with London bus routes that might not be so much of a problem. Another issue is that the car park is actually owned by another hotel so I was not able to get discount rates. I had to pay £20 per 24 hour's to park my car there costing an extra £60 quid for 3 days stay.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and it was good value.

The staff are friendly and service-minded. Fairly easy access to the tube network on. The room was very good, I was not disturbed by noise from inside or outside the hotel. Good breakfast spread.

This was exactly what we wanted, it was perfect

Nice hotel, somewhat anonymous. Lies in quiet area within easy access to West End and the shops, museums and restaurant on the south of the river. One feature we didn't like was the broom closet feel of the toilet but other than that no complaints

Drain in closet bathroom, so water can get away. Wireless in the room or a longer cord so you can use laptop in bed.
