Helt, rent och relativt nära till det mesta. Bra med bar och restaurang på hotellet. Hanteringen med betal/kreditkort vid incheckning och utcheckning, vi fick dubbel avgift reserverat på kortet som tog ett bra tag att reda ut. Vi skulle enligt överenskommelse betala 350 GBP och denna summa räknades då ut vid två tillfällen och blev då olika, det skiljde 271 kr. sådana svängningar förekom inte i valutahandeln denna helg. |

Rena fina rum. Stor dubbelsäng och en inte allt för obekväm bäddsoffa till barnen. Mycket bra service och vänlig personal. Bra frukostbuffé som innehöll både "full english breakfast" och vanlig kontinental frukost. Läget precis intill Borough Market och London Bridge är perfekt. Xbox, Playstation och dator med internetuppkoppling i receptionen gratis för boende. Perfekt! Hotellet ligger i ett businessområde och det är väldigt tyst och lugnt nattetid. Inga problem att sova ostört. Inget handfat på toaletten. Bra tanke att ha dusch och badkar i separat utrymme i rummet, men ett litet handfat på toaletten vore fräscht. Inag förvaringsutrymmen såsom byrå, garderob elle rlikannde. Blir snabbt lite trångt att ha alla väskor och kläder på golvet, speciellt då vi hade bäddsoffan utbäddad till sonen. |

the hotels works is convenient the food is good , breakfst buffet is efficient.Very nice staff There was not hot water in the hotel one morning following a break down in the water supply whic is an inconvenience when you have to rush in the morning. I asked for a compensation : I got a free breakfast |

Design of the room and the bathroom facilities. Access to the internet free of charge for 20mins. The luggage room once we checked out was a massive bonus. The bed and bathroom so close together. |

The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed just one night but would not hesitate to return especially if the excellent offer via Booking.com were repeated! |

We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying there again. Helpful and serviceminded personnel. Good breakfast. Good location. Nice and clean room, though relative little space for three. On a balance good value for money. |

I got my room at roughly 40% off discount for the double bed executive room. I must say for the money that I paid and for the quality of the rooms, there was no comparison. The included breakfast was also of a satisfactory standard.However this is obviously bearing in mind the substantial discount I got. If I had paid full price for the room, the value would still have been completely reasonable, rather than good. Staff were prompt and quick to respond to any issues or enquiries. Location wise it is within 1 mile of Oxo tower, London eye area, just on the other side of the Thames. The Southwark tube station is nearby, but having said that during my stay there, the entire area was not serviced by the Tube due to weekend work. Apparently this happens quite alot, so I ended up having to take taxi's most of the time, a costly alternative. If you are familiar with London bus routes that might not be so much of a problem. Another issue is that the car park is actually owned by another hotel so I was not able to get discount rates. I had to pay £20 per 24 hour's to park my car there costing an extra £60 quid for 3 days stay. |

Central for visiting all places of interest in the city including theatres and restaurants in the evening. At worst everything is a £10 taxi ride away or a £5 all day ticket from the underground located 5 minutes on foot from the hotel will take care of your needs throughout the day. All of this plus a quiet location on Southward Bridge Road may make this hotel just what you are looking for. Superior Room was quite cramped & check in proved to be a problem. |

The staff are friendly and service-minded. Fairly easy access to the tube network on. The room was very good, I was not disturbed by noise from inside or outside the hotel. Good breakfast spread. |
