Lovely comfortable room Excellent food Great location for marathon runners

We were disappointed on check in that neither of our rooms were ready at although we arrived later than the requested check in. We had to wait and complain twice before getting into the first room which was clean but had a blocked shower which smelt disgusting. We finally got the second room (booked for three adults) and had to ask for the third bed to be made up. Generally quite disappointing from a large hotel.

couldnt find my booking which caused unnecessary stress and there was no concession / complimentary offer made to make up for the distress caused ( I didnt ask for anything either) Why do hotels not provide toothpaste? ( Its always appeared strange that shampoo and soap are provided but no toothpaste or brush)

The incredibly difficult & expensive journey we had to make to get to the o2. In terms of asthe crow flies it is close- in terms of convenience it might as well be on the moon! Do not market it as being " close not the o2 " without saying it is less than straight forward to get there.

Location was perfect for the Excel Conference Center, breakfast was very good

The price was too high for what you receive, WIFI was very expensive on top

The locations for what we required was perfect, the staff on check out were very friendly, and the facilities were good

The cost of food was extortinate, attention to detail for marks on walls etc could have been better, and the shower door would not open in our room, the bed was also extremely hard.

I liked the design of the hotel and position of it in the dock

No swimming pool! In a hotel omf this size it's a must!! I had booked a superior room for my sister and I and it looked like a standard room, nothing special.. Got back from snow patrol concert to be told no food available in bar and kitchen shut! Went to room and room service available but it took 50mins for a sandwich and some soup! I went down to breakfast asked asked for a fried egg.... The egg you served was over cooked and brown and crispy! I could have cooked a better egg to serve ... Can't believe a professional kitchen would serve it..... I didn't like the access over the train station either

Nice modern, comfortable rooms with good views. The staff were very helpful.

The only minor thing is the separation of the toilet room and the sink/bathroom. Otherwise all was good.
