Novotel London Excel

The veiw over the thames from our room was lovely. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good!

Not enough supplies of tea and coffee etc in the room and no milk!

The hotel was ideally place for the venue for our meeting - Excel and had a lovely feeling in the reception , restarant and bar areas

Sandwiches provided as part of room service left alot to be desired- green salad consisted of 1 type of lettuce and nothing else not even dressing. Requested toasted sandwich but in actual fact received filling between 2 slices of dry toast. Also booked 2 rooms both where for disabled and none of us needed these facilitities therefore most of furnishing and bathroom resources low down and we are not tall people

Typical business hotel, all what you need when abroad, nothing fancy. The staff is extremely nice. 200 mieters of the EXCEL grounds

if on the terras, be aware that every 30 minutes a plane will come by on 50 meter distance!

The bar food was very good and the bar service was quick and efficient. The location was ideal for the O2 which was the reason for our visit and the hotel seem to have a good relationship with a very reliable taxi company.

Nery spacious room with a lovely view over the river. Clean and very comfortable beds with fridge, iron, hairdryer, television etc. Staff were extremely helpful.

Breakfast selection was excellent but the hot food section was only tepid.

One of the best things were the staff,so very helpful.the food and accom was great ,price was super and the secure reasonable parking was excellent especially when I was told I could leave it there for 24 hrs even after checking out..

excellent service. extremely friendly staff, including cleaners!!had the most amazing caesar salad! simply divine.

I did not stay at the London Excel as I was transferred to London Bridge. Although the hotel was perfectly pleasant and the staff were vey helpful, I was not impressed at having to be moved, I booked the Excel hotel for a reason!

The walls were very thin and therefore you could hear next door watching TV and could also hear conversations in the hallway very clearly.
