good location . excellent paeking facilities shower door did not close properly - water dripping onto bathroom floor. Plug in hand basin didnt work properly.Had to ask for tea and coffee at breakfast after a good ten minmutes after being seated. All breakfast hot buffet available was luke-warm. |

I Liked the fact that we were upgraded to a suite due to our room not being ready, and having to wait a further 45 minutes. |

Nice atmosphere, and people at check in bery helpful, nice to have relaxing drink at the bar The food and drink was epensive but I suppose it is London, also proper pillows on the bed would have been nice, and the toilet was very dark, the lighting was not good. |

The hotel was excellent,rooms were modern and very comfortable,we really enjoyed our stay.Breakfast was fantastic and good value for money.I have stayed with Novotel before and wouldnt hesitate in using them again.We chose this particular hotel as it was so close to the o2 arena,however probably not ideal for using the centre of London,just be prepared for using the tube a lot to get from place to place. |

For the O2 Arena the location was great, staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious enough and comfortable. Found the pillows a little uncomfortable but bearable for the weekend. |

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone wishing to visit the O2. I found the staff very helpful and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent and the hotel breakfast was very adequate. I think this hotel is outstanding value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area of London. |

The view Not the hotel ~ but when i booked it i thought i payed a set price e.g.£125 but when i got there i found out that i only reserved the room and not paid by this time i had not enuff money to pay thats why i pre-booked and payed on-line.so ended up paying £180 which is more than i prebooked on-line which confused me! |

Being upgraded to a suite. Athough the wake up call ordered was not given, the staff at reception apologised (which is rare these days ) and waived any charges for snacks I had had from the room which was a nice touch The wake up call not being given |

This hotel is convenienatly close for 02 arena just 1 stop on dlr and one stop on tube. staff are extremely helpful & friendly. since our rate included breakfast we decided to give it a try and we were not dissapointed, lovely breakfast with so much variety. I would reccomend to all my family & friends especially if their going to the 02! |

Great hotel, very clean room, friendly staff, parking under hotel perfect. Breakfast was good. And of course the price.... very good for what you get. Train station is a 5 minutes walk and normally it would take about 20 minutes (maybe half an hour) to the shopping area. This weekend however some stations were closed so we were taken by bus to another station. That took a while. Nothing to complain! |

it was relatively easy to get to the center and the noise of the airplanes of the nearby city airport was not too bad neither. we all really appreciated the breakfast buffet, which was various and of good quality as well as the calm atmsphere of the dining room despite the fact that quite some people ate in it at the same time. i would have liked to have had a proper wardrobe in the room. |
