Chek-in effettuato a mezzogiorno senza problemi, per il check-out ci avrebbero preparato la colazione da asporto alle 4.00 nonostante la colazione cominciasse alle 5.00. Colazione a buffett abbondante, pulizia e gentilezza. Due computer a disposizione per connessione a internet gratis. Zona 3 di Londra ma a due passi dalla fermata Royal Victoria della metro dlr. Zona tranquilla. Per essere un 4 stelle ottimo prezzo. |

colazione ottima, staff cortese, vista stupenda sui Docklands, zona tranquilla e sicura una delle aciugamani non erano proprio pulite... c´erano aloni di macchie, ma quelle del secondo giorno impeccabili; lo stesso anche per la federa del cuscino del letto... c´era una macchiolina... |

good location . excellent paeking facilities shower door did not close properly - water dripping onto bathroom floor. Plug in hand basin didnt work properly.Had to ask for tea and coffee at breakfast after a good ten minmutes after being seated. All breakfast hot buffet available was luke-warm. |

Nice atmosphere, and people at check in bery helpful, nice to have relaxing drink at the bar The food and drink was epensive but I suppose it is London, also proper pillows on the bed would have been nice, and the toilet was very dark, the lighting was not good. |

The hotel was excellent,rooms were modern and very comfortable,we really enjoyed our stay.Breakfast was fantastic and good value for money.I have stayed with Novotel before and wouldnt hesitate in using them again.We chose this particular hotel as it was so close to the o2 arena,however probably not ideal for using the centre of London,just be prepared for using the tube a lot to get from place to place. |

For the O2 Arena the location was great, staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious enough and comfortable. Found the pillows a little uncomfortable but bearable for the weekend. |

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone wishing to visit the O2. I found the staff very helpful and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent and the hotel breakfast was very adequate. I think this hotel is outstanding value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area of London. |
