Personalens bemötande och hotellets standard med fräscha rum och gemensamma utrymmen. Lugnt på nätterna. Mycket vackert läge vid hamnområdet. Det faktum att stora Jet-plan flyger precis över hotellet måste nog anses som mindra bra även om det bara var på dagtid då vi oftast inte var där. Rummen var dock väl ljudisolerade, men planen hördes. Möjligen var ACn väl högljudd och något ineffektiv. |

Nära från tågstationen där det gick tåg till London med tät frekvens. Lugnt hotell. Tillgång till gym och relaxavdelning. Mat och service i restaurangen var inte den bästa. Man fick vänta mycket länge, och när maten väl kom var den inte speciellt god. |

Det var lugnt o tyst och låg trevligt vid thames river. Rummet var bra i storlek o sängen var fantastiskt skön. Bra frukostbuffé. Totaltintrycket var bra valuta för pengarna. På rummet - att W/C inte hade handfat. Restaurangens priser var för höga. Det relativa långa avståndet till/från City. |

Spännande nyexploaterat område i Docklands, snygga gemensamma utrymen, bra personal, bra frukost, tyst rum, modern standard, inkl internet Rummet var ganska litet för priset, lite knepig rumslayout med separat trång toalett utan handfat, heltäckningsmatta. Ganska långt från centrum. Olyckligtvis var både Docklands Light Railway och närmaste tunnelbana avstängda när vi var där. Säkert snabbare kommunikation annars. |

good location . excellent paeking facilities shower door did not close properly - water dripping onto bathroom floor. Plug in hand basin didnt work properly.Had to ask for tea and coffee at breakfast after a good ten minmutes after being seated. All breakfast hot buffet available was luke-warm. |

I Liked the fact that we were upgraded to a suite due to our room not being ready, and having to wait a further 45 minutes. |

Nice atmosphere, and people at check in bery helpful, nice to have relaxing drink at the bar The food and drink was epensive but I suppose it is London, also proper pillows on the bed would have been nice, and the toilet was very dark, the lighting was not good. |

The hotel was excellent,rooms were modern and very comfortable,we really enjoyed our stay.Breakfast was fantastic and good value for money.I have stayed with Novotel before and wouldnt hesitate in using them again.We chose this particular hotel as it was so close to the o2 arena,however probably not ideal for using the centre of London,just be prepared for using the tube a lot to get from place to place. |

For the O2 Arena the location was great, staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious enough and comfortable. Found the pillows a little uncomfortable but bearable for the weekend. |

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone wishing to visit the O2. I found the staff very helpful and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent and the hotel breakfast was very adequate. I think this hotel is outstanding value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area of London. |
