The service was excellent, rooms far above the standard of other airport hotels I have stayed in. The food was very good. Breakfast better than I have had in any airport hotel.Staff went out of their way to be helpful to a solo traveller. |

Fine hotel for the airport, but to get to London, you need to pay for a shuttle to and from the airport to catch the Tube. |

The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The room had all the facilities you would expect in a four star hotel. The hotel was situated in an excellent location with a shuttle bus to Heathrow terminals. |

Great service, and the food was fantastic. Free internet access in lobby was good. Bathroom facilities could be improved. A larger room for the fitness centre would be great - there were four of us using the equipment and it felt like the room was overcrowded. |

The hotel is probably best described as being in motel style and not as an International Hotel. It is convenient to Heathrow Airport and has smallish but quiet and clean rooms. It has a bar and restaurant. The decor in the lobby/bar area was different, post modernist in purple and orange is not to everyone's taste. The staff (reception & restaurant) were friendly and helpful however, the overall impression was of keen, but amateur, staff with little training. Service in the restaurant was interesting. My wife ordered a wine which was delivered immediately, I ordered a beer and sent a search party to look for it 10 minutes later. My entree plate was cleared away, but the used knife and fork were dumped on the place mat in front of me, to be removed 10 minutes later. Water was not provided and when asked for came in a large and heavy jug and was not poured. There is no general info on the local area available. |

It provided a reasonably convenient stop over. Good price Charges for internet. In Netherlands it was free. The shuttle bus to the airport was late and took more than double the time the hotel staff had predicted. |

beautiful, very classy hotel. absolutely quiet. great value for money -- especially when I was upgraded to a suite. airport shuttle comes only every 30 minutes, so although hotel is 5 minutes from airport, it took much longer to get there from airport, especially since it stopped at other hotels first. Also, room service brought wrong order. |

We enjoyed our stay - lovely setting and excellent dining menu - Staff were very efficient - bar staff were excellent I was disappointed with the reception staff on our departure - I felt that I was short changed with the settlement of our account - ie I questioned the money I paid - and was disagreed with - thought it strange how the staff member shuffled the notes as he spoke to me - uneasy feeling - very disappointing after a lovely stay and great service!!!!! Almost off handed in his approach!!!! |

Very close to Heathrow Airport. For a Novotel branded hotel, the room is very old and intensely used. The breakfast, though, was the worst - it took me 30 min just to get sitted; the staff was running in and out of the kitchen, getting food just to barely fill the empty plates, which became empty again in seconds. Very bad planning. Finally, at the counter desk I asked about taxi fares: the said £9 to Heathrow, just about the same as the Hoppa Bus for 2 pax. However, when we arrived at the airpport, the taxi driver made me pay £13,50 and he said the hotel was aware of the price. |

Ease of booking and facilities at the hotel. All the Staff were very helpful from reception, to restaurant to bar staff. I ordered Breakfast in the room. Which was delivered promptly for £3.00 charge, but it was stone cold! Didn't enjoy it at all. :( |
