I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful My bed smelt musty and awful pillows, plus my room was above the restaurant so a little bit noisy. |

Proximity to airport. Comfortable bed, nice towels. The shower was very dangerous to get into and out of. There were no grab bars. The door opening was too narrow. |

Hotel was conveniently located to the Heathrow airport for our airline transfer. No air conditioning available in the room plus were not able to open window. We were give a portable fan which helped but room was still very warm. Staff was helpful and nice. |

The hotel is very close to Heathrow Airport and a short drive away from Windsor Castle and town ( 20 miles). The restaurant serves excellent food and has an innovative menu to chose from. |

Close to airport My credit card was already charged (not Booking.com policy), but never told at check in. First room assigned did not smell clean, said she "upgraded" us, but just a better smell (cleaner). No top sheets on beds, hopefully the duvet was changed each guest! Very disappointed compared to Thailand Novotel. Only one menu in resturant and bar, not very interesting. |

the design of the hotel is very nice. we didn't get to see all the facilities, but the main eating/ lounge area is comfortable. but most important, the quality of the room, for the price was very good. the staff could do with remembering that friendly interactive, is what brings people back. this was a little lacking from one of the female waiters, and a female receptionist wasn't being very professional. right now, the only thing that honestly brings people back, is great customer service. PLEASE make your staff members remember this, every day they put on the uniform. |

serene atmosphere and couteous staff. i did not like the fact that i could not watch sky sport in my room . so i had to go downstairs to watch the FA cup between Chelsea and Atsenal. for the record am an arsenal fan |

The room was very spacious and well laid out. Close enough to the airport but yet far enough away to not hear it. Paying for parking when there is no other option. |
