la cercania al aeropuerto, el bar y el desayuno están muy bien. tambien la posibilidad de utilizar un ordenador con internet gatuitamente la habitación necesitaba un poco de reformas..se nota que es un hotel de los años 80. pero por lo general bien. |

ambiente interior, diseño, bien cuidado, limpieza, tranquilidad, buena ubicación hacia el aeropuerto, buen parking estuve sentado media hora en una mesa de la cafetería sin que nadie se acercara a ofrecerme el menú |

En general el servicio que te dan desde que llegas al check in, lo confortable, la ubicación para salir al aeropuerto de Heatrow, la amabilidad del personal de la recepción. Muy buen servicio. Gracias Un poco de información para el transporte gratuito que te lleva al aeropuerto. |

beautiful, very classy hotel. absolutely quiet. great value for money -- especially when I was upgraded to a suite. airport shuttle comes only every 30 minutes, so although hotel is 5 minutes from airport, it took much longer to get there from airport, especially since it stopped at other hotels first. Also, room service brought wrong order. |

Very close to Heathrow Airport. For a Novotel branded hotel, the room is very old and intensely used. The breakfast, though, was the worst - it took me 30 min just to get sitted; the staff was running in and out of the kitchen, getting food just to barely fill the empty plates, which became empty again in seconds. Very bad planning. Finally, at the counter desk I asked about taxi fares: the said £9 to Heathrow, just about the same as the Hoppa Bus for 2 pax. However, when we arrived at the airpport, the taxi driver made me pay £13,50 and he said the hotel was aware of the price. |

Ease of booking and facilities at the hotel. All the Staff were very helpful from reception, to restaurant to bar staff. I ordered Breakfast in the room. Which was delivered promptly for £3.00 charge, but it was stone cold! Didn't enjoy it at all. :( |

The staff was excellent, the food in the restaurant was ok, the breakfast excellent quality. From the hotel you can take a cab to the airport 9 pounds or take the hopa bus 4 p. 1) You have to pay to get internet. 2) I took a standard room the bed's clothes were old .. It wasn't good sleep in there ... 3) Not sure if you think it is expensive to pay 15 pounds a main course ... however the food was ok. 4) There is nothing to do outside the hotel. |

The multiracial staff were nice,efficient & very friendly;quick check in/out;good food Advertised as being a "short' didtance from the airport & pay a small sum to use.in fact it was a 45min run & cost BP4 ea way |

Exemplary service from staff on front desk. In response to an enquiry about local transport I had all questions answered together with information and printouts from internet provided. A Portuguese speaking guy - by his badge. Give him a pay rise. No. It was good value. |
