The hotel is very handy for Heathrow.

Bit noisy at night from guest traffic to and from rooms, probably to be expected given the nature of the hotel, ie passengers transiting through Heathrow at all hours.

Liked everything about the hotel

I booked online and expected free hotel shuttle bus. At checkiin I thought breakfast was included. Extra charge for internet. Extra charge for continental breakfast.

The pool and restaurant were great for relaxing before our early flight the next day. The food was excellent and it was nice to have vegetarian options. The airport shuttle was prompt and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful

Staff very welcoming, rooms spacious and spotless and comfortable beds!

Despite booking a room for 3 adults, we only had 4 pillows between us. 2 each would have been nice.

Taxi can be troublesome, hotel blames taxi, taxi blame hotel.

the long wait for table for dinner and the fact the staff were trying to force people to have the buffet to make their lives easier.

Reasonable value and helpful staff.

Sofa bed wasn't made up, we arrived at 11pm and so couldn't be bothered to report this and did it ourselves. No shampoo in room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee and service received from our waitress was perfect! She helped more with our questions than the reception staff! Overall very pleased with our stay.

Reception staff were not overly helpful and I felt I couldn't approach them. No one smiled! And food trays were left in the corridors over night!

The Internet we had to pay for did not work properly. Dinner was ok but the dessert was not timely, I had to ask the waitress when it was coming and it was supposed to be warm. The bed we had seemed to be made of cardboard and the room was very small for 3 people. The shower did not work, it fell apart. The brunch was overpriced for the quality of food. Overall it was not a good experience.

Helpful staff who provided a complimentary hot chocolate at 6am just as we were about to board the shuttle bus to Terminal 3

Discovering it was gbp4 each for the Hoppa bus service - I don't recall seeing any reference to the fee on the Premier Inn website when I booked - simply a reference to a shuttle service

Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Liked the fact that the hotel was close to Heathrow and that there was a inexpensive shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant staff was very busy the night we stayed at the hotel, but seemed to handle the stress well and seemed concerned about our having to wait a while before being seated. The food in the restaurant was good. Found the interior of the hotel interesting....like an outdoor cafe. (Though the exterior didn't make a great first impression.)

Water pooled in our bathroom sink which made it a mess when anything fell in. Though the bed was comfortable, during the night the sheets pulled away from the bed making it uncomfortable because we were then lying on a rough mattress cover of some sort. We like to drink de- caffeinated coffee and tea. None were offered along with the coffee- maker in the room. Though the restaurant staff were very welcoming and seemed intent on making our dining experience a positive one, some of the front desk staff were not all that friendly . At one point I inquired whether the hotel provided any stationery in each room: I.E. post cards, paper and envelopes etc. The answer was a simple "no". No apology that none was available and no smile. Made me feel like my question was a stupid one.

A good room when we had it.

Room 217 stank of smoke despite this being a non smoking room/hotel. No staff arrived to check it out. Thankgully receptionist changed our room to lovely fresh smelling room.

For a one nifght stay it was excellent. The staff were good and the Buffet meal. The room was also good. Handy too for getting to the Terminals. Can't find the answer to question 3! Just a nice Hotel to stay in before travelling is our answer.

Nothing really to do with Novotel but the tightly secured windows and air conditioning make breathing for me a little difficult at times. Like fresh air.

WiFi expensive and slow, Waiter wasn't the best and the food was very expensive. $19.00 for burger and fries, and we seem to wait for ages for it to arrive at the table.
