beautiful, very classy hotel. absolutely quiet. great value for money -- especially when I was upgraded to a suite. airport shuttle comes only every 30 minutes, so although hotel is 5 minutes from airport, it took much longer to get there from airport, especially since it stopped at other hotels first. Also, room service brought wrong order. |

Very close to Heathrow Airport. For a Novotel branded hotel, the room is very old and intensely used. The breakfast, though, was the worst - it took me 30 min just to get sitted; the staff was running in and out of the kitchen, getting food just to barely fill the empty plates, which became empty again in seconds. Very bad planning. Finally, at the counter desk I asked about taxi fares: the said £9 to Heathrow, just about the same as the Hoppa Bus for 2 pax. However, when we arrived at the airpport, the taxi driver made me pay £13,50 and he said the hotel was aware of the price. |

Ease of booking and facilities at the hotel. All the Staff were very helpful from reception, to restaurant to bar staff. I ordered Breakfast in the room. Which was delivered promptly for £3.00 charge, but it was stone cold! Didn't enjoy it at all. :( |

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Have to pay £8 extra to park your car. Childrens area could do with more toys. |

The staff was excellent, the food in the restaurant was ok, the breakfast excellent quality. From the hotel you can take a cab to the airport 9 pounds or take the hopa bus 4 p. 1) You have to pay to get internet. 2) I took a standard room the bed's clothes were old .. It wasn't good sleep in there ... 3) Not sure if you think it is expensive to pay 15 pounds a main course ... however the food was ok. 4) There is nothing to do outside the hotel. |

The multiracial staff were nice,efficient & very friendly;quick check in/out;good food Advertised as being a "short' didtance from the airport & pay a small sum to use.in fact it was a 45min run & cost BP4 ea way |

free newspapers, nice breakfast, quiet room, the price was right! the fact that i had to pay £4 each way from the airport for my wife and i. Most hotels abroad run a courtesy bus. |

Exemplary service from staff on front desk. In response to an enquiry about local transport I had all questions answered together with information and printouts from internet provided. A Portuguese speaking guy - by his badge. Give him a pay rise. No. It was good value. |

Clean. Good layout. Near airport. Decent restaruant on-site. Reasonable value for money. Misleading ad. I had to show my booking (printed out from my computer) included a free breakfast before the staff gave it to us. Free Internet access would attract you a lot more business. I dislike being charged for my room (a month in advance roughly) before the date of the booking, even if it is non-refundable. Suggests you have cash flow problems and are not customer-friendly. |
