It is in a good location The front of house staff are among the rudest individuals I've ever encountered on a hotel visit. I'd suggest they take an immediate course in manners and are reminded that use if the words "please" and "thank you" are not illegal, they're pretty much mandatory when dealing with the paying public.

Weekend break in an executive room. Newly renovated with funky magic button in the bathroom. Large bed, large clean room, nespresso machine a bonus. bose speaker for itouch fab. staff 99% helpful without being over the top. cooked breakfast fab, everything replenished superquickly, bufffet dinner also yummy. did not want to leave the room at all. good selection of films. decent guests, no hen nights.

Location was excellent. Close to what we wanted to see in that part of London. Staff were helpful on all occasions. The breakfast was also very good. Food was hot and readily available. The cost of laundry was my only concern. We spent over 150 Euros to get washing done as there were no other alternatives close by.

The location was great 2 minutes walk to Tower Hill tube station and local bars and eateries including Revolution, Eat, Weatherspoons etc. Using the Sauna and Steam room to chill was fab and the room was moderna dn clean.

It was very close to the tube (Tower Hill). The room was spacious for beeing London. It was a very quite neighbourhood. Good cleaning every day. Nice staff. The carpet in the room could use a bit of cleaning. There were two windows between the bathroom and the room, so you were not that private when in the bathroom. The others in the room could see you on the toilet as well as getting out of the shower.

this was by far the best hotel room we stayed in during our visit around europe.The staff were very helpfull and free internet was a blessing,rooms were clean and very big with a seperate toilet and shower area,would highly recomend this hotel.

Nice atmosphere,lovely foyer and restraunt/bar. Only thing was we had a room for three and the sofa bed was made up with a sheet and blanket,the blanket didn't look vcery nice and would have liked a duvet. Also not that you can do anything but tubes were down Tower Hill closed this makes it very expensive with taxis.

I have always liked Novotel for business, good sized rooms and quirky style. This one is clean and new, the lobby and bar/restaurant are all good. Room very cramped for three and the sofabeds are very uncomfortable, for this money I would have expected better. I also partly chose it because many of the reviews seem to refer to a good view..In fact it is only 7 stories high and most of the surrounding buildings are 5! We did manage to relocate to the 6th floor but dont hold your breath.. In all, nice, but you can get better cheaper in London.
