The service provided by the staff was friendly and very efficient (as always). Although I turned up very early on the morning of my reservation (9.30am) your check in staff made the effort to find a room for my immediate use which was a great touch. |

Friendly and helpful staff, large comfortable rooms, excellent location just 50 m from the tube station, breakfast was good. It was strange that the toilet was in a separate room from the wash basin and shower. |

Excellent location - away from the madding crowds, but close enough to be really convenient for lots of "must see" things. Friendly, helpful staff and a truly great breakfast buffet (that we got included in our room price)We would recommend this hotel for a great weekend gettaway. |

I liked the fact that te hotel was near the Tower Bridge and the subway. The location was very good. Also the rooms were very clean. I didn't like the fact that the hotel rooms were very noisy, especially the ones with a door in it that connected to another room. We could literally hear the neighbours talk and have sex!! This was very irritating, also because the hotel wasn't the cheapest one. If i would book this hotel again, i would ask for a room without such a door in it. |

Check-in was easy and the room facilities good. Breakfast was very good and the bar service excellent. The shower wasn't great. Our room was very noisy as we were nearest to builders at work across the street. We couldn't open the window because of the noise. Once the building work is finished, it will be a fine place to stay. |

The hotel was just a few steps from Tower Hill Tube Station.. Breafast was varied and good. It was the end of September, and hotel was not very full. The free computers in the lobby were not working well. One had a keyboard not correctly mapped. We stayed 2 days, and they weren't fixed. |

Pleasant and welcoming staff. Room and ensuite clean. Very near underground system. Well located for w/e trip to London restaurants in short supply in neighbourhood. Maybe a list of good restaurants nearby would be helpful |

The room was spacious enough for the three of us and the bed was especially comfortable, which was much needed after a mad night out! The bathrooms didn't seem to have a fan so got quite steamy |

great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, location right next to Tower Hill tube station was very convenient, safe neighbourhood, nice modern hotel most coffee shops etc in fininancial district closed on weekends. |

Very nice, respectful staff with broad knowledge of the cuty and willing to help. Hotel is located in the heart of London and close to the train station. Not hard to get around. The price is not cheap but competitive with most hotels in the area. Excellent breakfast but go early as it can get crowded and you would have to wait in line. |

Excellent location between the city and the tower bridge, very clean and well equiped room, friendly helpful staff. No wireless internet only very expensive cable internet that is very the only issue I've had during my stay. |
