The staff very kind and friendly. The breakfast is very good.

The customer service at the front desk was absolutely great. They knew a lot about the city London and gave us a very good advice for an Indian cuisine. I would recommend this hotel for anyone how is planning to go to London. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. The bar en restaurant are very well designed and comfortable. We will come back!

Aldo this was told to us in advance, during 09:00 and 10:00 it is a mission impossible to have breakfast. The restaurant is simply too small to obtain such a great amount of people all at once. Expanding the restaurant are would be great!

the underground station is in 2 minutes walking distance; the hotel is located next to the landmark Tower

The room was perfect size for me and my 2 daughters aged 10 & 12. Perfect location close to the tube. Food was very good and well priced . The X box and computers in the lobby were an excellent plus.

I forgot bringing my accor Advantage Plus Card with me on the trip. Two days after the trip I sent an e-mail to the hotel with the card information asking them to accumulate points to my card for the period I stayed at the hotel. But no response so far???

Our room was above the dinning room and we did find the constant scrapping of chairs across the floor below was a bit noisey in the morning.

Everything just worked. The shower was hot and the bed was clean. Staff were helpful but not pushy. All very good for a business trip. The position was perfect.

Liked the glass window into the shower from the bedroom but did not like that you could sit at the desk and see the other person sitting on the toilet doing their business. I think some consideration of toilet privacy would be good

On the internet booking with booking.com it said breakfast was included, but when we arrived at the hotel we were told it was not? We had to eat breakfast elsewhere as £18 each was far too expensive.

Food was also good quality and reasonably priced. Service was excellent

The staff were friendly and the bed was lovely and comfy

The open bathroom experience, only found the frosted glass button as we were about to leave.

Everything was just 'ok'.

Hotel was evacuated at 3am in the middle of winter. We were kept outside for over an hour. Staff seemed to lack basic fire safety training and were dangerously unhelpful. Lucky it was a false alarm.

Tubes not running, and buses disrupted due to road works etc.

Gym far too small

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the location. I loved the size and comfort of the room and bathroom. Free internet and use of the printer was very useful.
