Novotel London Waterloo  

Nice spacious rooms. Quiet at night, no disturbing traffic. Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. The location is very good I think, away from the crowds but close to the city. Nearby the nice streets (Lower Marsh, Waterloo) with plenty of restaurants. Walking distance to Tate Modern. For being London, the room rates were alright.

Bring your own laptop because the computers in the lobby are constantly occupied by children playing games. The gym is a really small room, make sure you go there in the daytime.

The staff was very helpful and generous! Tickets to attractions on site were helpful as well. Transportation to and from City/attractions were very easy to get too. Train stations/tube very close . Overall very satisfied with our stay! Thank You...

My reservation with Booking.com said free internet, but it was not, I had to pay each day. I asked about it, and the hotel said it was not free.

The location mainly as we needed to be near Westminster for our daughters graduation. Perfect choice and easy access to all London tourist amenities . Most enjoyable stay and we were delighted with the cost considering we were right in the main part of London .

The location is excelent and the hotel is a good base for sight-seening,the staf were plesant ans helpful., breakfast were very good.Was a wonderful holidays.

In no particular order: - Staff (behaviour, appearance and flexibility) - Bar (Music TV, drinks) - Gourmet menu - Room size - Toilet/bathroom cleanliness - Bed size and mattress comfort - Location

Possibly the price, but then again you get what you pay for so.. :O)

Convenient location for Waterloo Station and Covent Garden. Easy and allowed early check in as room was available. Breakfast was buffet style with good range of foods. Superior room had spare pull out bed already made up.

Very comfortable good size room, Nice decor ,good firm bed, very clean There was a big gap on shower door and so the bathroom floor got very wet, and only two sachets of milk in the room, not enough for two cups of tea or coffee. Otherwise very good.

We were in hotel for 8 night. The room was very clean and comfortable . stuff were very kindly and helpfully.breakfast was very good.lookation was excellent.

some things did not work in the room ( TV, heating, also the shower head was licking), breakfast not great, although you did have option of hot and cold food, there was not much to choose from. It was first time we stayed at Novotel, we expected quality service however we found it to be average hotel ( clearly not 4 star!)

on week ends, big queue to get to breakfast, and lot of empty dishes. they can't keep up with the crowd and refill drinks and food quickly enough. They need to plan better.
