The first room they gave me was a room for desable people, after complaining about it, they finally give me a standard room. We stayed there until sutarday and the breakfast was quite poor compare with the working days, the staff were cleaning and taking out the food before the deadline of breakfast, that was really anoying!. They are doing remodelling in the 4th floor and they said they will not make any noises during the weekend before 10 and after 6 pm, they started making noises at 8 am! and continued until 8:30 pm. The hotel is nice though the staff is not very friendly, they do not respect their own commitments, i did not have a good time there. |

This hotel was very convenient for visit to the Oval and getting into town. The rooms are a good size and comfortable with a decent shower. The reception and bar area are modern and airy. It was convenient to have the good sized car park under the hotel, although the charge was £24 per day. Breakfast buffet was good. Room rather warm with no air conditioning |

No hassle booking in/out, or with bar facilities, or lift to room, car parking. Quiet room at back (no river view). Very expensive car parking - probably good for London, but for us retired country folk! |

We liked the room however it was not as nice as the Novotel Bristol. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was excellant for the sites we wanted to see. I think £5.00 for a tea and a coffee is a bit steep. |

Liked that there was an ice machine near by. The room had a Nescafe coffee machine which was very good Too modern for our taste. The room did not have air conditioning so was very unpleasant. The gentleman manning the bar was miserable so did not make you feel like spending time in this area |

+Location for a conference. +Baggage storage for the day! -Taxi's were abit on the sparse side. -Staff were polite but lacked the personal touch which left me feeling as though i was on a conveyor belt. -Rooms were reasonably clean and tidy but this still upset my asthma to some degree which affected my trip. |

Conformed as one expect to the normal Novotel standard which I believe is good. Though reasonably central, location is not ideal (no nearby tube station). Price is high but perhaps not untypical for London. |

Great location. Cross the street, around the corner and there you have Westminster in view plus you can stroll along the Thames to the center and the Southbank. Staff were wonderful and the room very comfortable. Well worth the price. Not great Tube access but for those who like to walk a bit. |

Nice and modern design hotel, quiet and relaxing rooms, sleeping sofa makes two great beds per room. Bathroom nicely equiped with Grohe Rain Dance shower. Great breakfast. Also nice dinner available. No free WIFI. |

The hotel is just around the corner from the Thames and the Houses of Parliment/Big Ben, so it's a convenient location. The toilet was in a separate area from the bath/shower/sink. It was inconvenient to have to wash your hands in another area after using the toilet. |
