Good central location. Excellent access to embankment, Westminster, South Bank.Comfortable room. Quiet considering the central location. The room we had was equipped for disabled person. This did not matter to us except that the shower attachment was so low down that it was very difficult to use just to wash your hair etc. Hotel staff just shrugged when we asked about this and said only superior rooms had showers! Restraining fitment on window was broken which could have been dangerous for small children as it opened very wide (on 4th floor). |

We were positivelly surprised by this Hotel. The location is very central, with a bus stop just outside going to Trafalgar Square and Oxford Circus is very practical. Staff was very nice and even changed our room when we asked for one with city view. The rooms are very clean, big and confortable. There was big sofa-bed in the room which could easilly accomodate 2 children, if necessary. The complete hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Furniture is new and very modern. In short, great value for money! Closest underground station is 10 minutes walk, by the second day we found it was better to use the bus. This was a very good alternative. The first breakfast we had was on a weekday and everything went well. Unfortunatelly on the weekend breakfast became a stressing experience, the room was completelly full and service hectic. The buffet was several times empty. It was common to run out of milk or bread! I think that with better staff organisation it would be easy to improve. It's a pity that such a good hotel leave a less good impression because of breakfast. Nevertheless this hasn't stopped me from reccomending this hotel to my friends!!! |

This was my second stay in a Novotel hotel and I think they have the formula just right. Nice room, food good, personnel efficient and good humoured. Roomy underground secure garage available. Central London congestion charge applicable; hotel should advise guests visiting by Car. |

Super friendly staff, quick service, great brakfast (choice of cereal, to a few cold meats and cheese & the full english - all buffet style) quite room, comfy bed - Perfect for what we needed. Also had a pull out sofa bed for 3 year old. For the real pedantic a couple of DIY touches needed, bed light, shower unit door not closing - but is this a deal breaker? No - would stay here again. |

Excellent, clean & quiet room, as requested. There was a mix up with the payment. This also happened at another Novotel two weeks ago. |

I traveled to attend a business conference. The location of the hotel was well situated; just a few minutes walk to the business center, and within walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping areas. |

Excellent location, near to the city centre but still quiet. Nice rooms, nice reception, nice food (except for the lack of gluten free bread). Not quite satisfied with the breakfast; gluten free bread was not offered until the last day of our stay. I also miss some more cold cuts with the breakfast. The routine with the coffee was quite "bothersome". It didn't arrive until we were finished eating... |

The fact that the hote was easy to find and that it was only few minutes distance of walk to the main attractions in London and underground station. The view from the room was for different blocks. |
