Novotel London Waterloo is located in the heart of the city, just a few feet from the banks of the Thames River and Westminster Palace. The hotel has a fitness center and secure on-site parking. Westminster is across the river, and South Bank is a short walk along the Thames. London Waterloo Train Station is a 3-minute drive away. The spacious, contemporary rooms each have internet access and a flat-screen TV with on-demand movies. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Elements Restaurant serves tasty international cuisine and offers 24-hour room service. Elements Bar offers coffees and cocktails, and is open until 1 am. The hotel has a fitness center, and guests can relax in the sauna or steam room. Up to 2 children (under 16 years) can stay free (with breakfast) when sharing a room with adults. It's location We did not like the fact that when 2 shared a room one person had to sleep on a converted couch. Both were paying the same rate yet one had a bed (which is what we had paid for) and the other a couch. Had we know this we would not have booked the hotel. For this reason I would not recommend the hotel to others

Nice spacious rooms. Quiet at night, no disturbing traffic. Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. The location is very good I think, away from the crowds but close to the city. Nearby the nice streets (Lower Marsh, Waterloo) with plenty of restaurants. Walking distance to Tate Modern. For being London, the room rates were alright. Bring your own laptop because the computers in the lobby are constantly occupied by children playing games. The gym is a really small room, make sure you go there in the daytime.

The staff was very helpful and generous! Tickets to attractions on site were helpful as well. Transportation to and from City/attractions were very easy to get too. Train stations/tube very close . Overall very satisfied with our stay! Thank You...

Everything was realy good. Staff very kind and helpfull. Perfect location - 7 min walk from whitehall, bus stop (no. 3 going to the centre) at the front of the hotel. Good room size and facilities

Breakfast is fantastic. Best part of the stay! Well, the other stuff is good too. Comfortable, convenient location - we don't mind a walk to the nearest tube. Stayed before to go to a concert at the o2. Half mile walk by side of the Thames to the Thames Clipper and back after the Show. Great night out and comfortable bed.

The location mainly as we needed to be near Westminster for our daughters graduation. Perfect choice and easy access to all London tourist amenities . Most enjoyable stay and we were delighted with the cost considering we were right in the main part of London .

Convenient location for Waterloo Station and Covent Garden. Easy and allowed early check in as room was available. Breakfast was buffet style with good range of foods. Superior room had spare pull out bed already made up.

Very comfortable good size room, Nice decor ,good firm bed, very clean There was a big gap on shower door and so the bathroom floor got very wet, and only two sachets of milk in the room, not enough for two cups of tea or coffee. Otherwise very good.

Friendly helpful staff. A comfortable clean room, well insulated from London traffic noise (at least at the back of the hotel). Good restaurant for an evening meal. Well up to the standards of other Novotels I have stayed at. Location is perfect for those wanting to explore Westminster, or for business meetings in that area.

Good location but a bit far from metro stations, quiet room, adequate breafast Hotel gives a kind of anonymous feeling: room and lobby are run of the mill and do not ofer any special experience. This is not what I expect from an hotel with this star rating & price categories
