Novotel London Waterloo  

We were in hotel for 8 night. The room was very clean and comfortable . stuff were very kindly and helpfully.breakfast was very good.lookation was excellent.

On Bakerloo underground line, view was great day & night, easy walking distance to a number of locations.

Biscuits

The staff were excellent, they listened and reacted politely, professionally and helpfully. The breakfasts were excellent. The morning tea biscuits were just bags of Belgian crumbs - surely not difficult to sort out. Access was open and easy in all areas visited. Access to the Cities of Westminster and London is very good as is access to the London Eye and South Bank. Directions should be given by the hotel for travellers coming via Waterloo Station - tell guests to make for Lambeth Bridge. A map showing the close proximity of the nearby sights would be simple to attach to the confirmation email. As it was we wasted half an hour trying to find the Hotel.

It is very near to The London Eye and Westminster. The hotel administration is very professional (Accor), and we felt very comfortably.

The bathroom is amazing, but I miss the curtain of the box to avoid the water splashing. The tv do not allow you to connect your camcorder, because the hdmi connector was disabled. The attendants could not help me with this issue.

Very good value for money - clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good services. Excellent location if you plan sightseeing in London (5 mins. walk to Westminster metro station). Would be my first choice next time in London.

Thre hotel was reasonable close to transport and walking distance for city shopping and the theatre, good choice for breakfast.

The room was not as expected we would have expected a higher standard for the rate paid,bathroom strange location just beside bed makes it difficult to close both doors, bathroom fittings a bit dated tap in sink dripped and the bath plug did not fit properly as a result water flowe out before filling. A lot of noise from water filling up behind wall panelling. Would have expected more wardrobe space only six hangers.

Great location for Waterloo station,a realistic 10 minute walk. Close to the bakerloo line aswell so all other attractions are easily accessible.would stay there again and would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

People were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean.

The hotel was not as close to Waterloo as I'd expected although it was walking distance. The room was far too hot and there was no way to cool it - even leaving the window open in the middle of winter didn't help. I booked a double room, ended up with two double beds in the room so hardly any room to move around

In no particular order: - Staff (behaviour, appearance and flexibility) - Bar (Music TV, drinks) - Gourmet menu - Room size - Toilet/bathroom cleanliness - Bed size and mattress comfort - Location

Possibly the price, but then again you get what you pay for so.. :O)
