Lo que más me ha gustado del hotel, la ubicacion, habitación amplia y con un diseño muy actual, el servicio del hotel muy agradable.No se tardaba nada en llegar al centro y teniamos al otro lado unas vistas espectaculares el parlamento y el Big Ben nada más salir del hotel.

En el desayuno habia que esperar un rato ya que se formaba cola.La habitación tenía una temperatura un poco fria, quizas es la temperatura que a ellos les gusta pero para nosotros esa temperatura no lo era.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Staff tried very hard. Room was clean and met expectations

Wake up calls never did happen. Almost missed our flight home. Shower tap did not control temp well. Ice machine on our floor didn't work.

It was very convenient for our needs at the time, but there were no cafes/restaurants etc within easy walking distance, and no convenient tube station - however, the room was very quiet and the area very pleasant, with a lovely walk between Lambeth and Westminster bridge.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Location excellent to see London

Food in restaurant not great and therefore not value for money.

Great location - just by the Thames. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely, clean, modern, quiet room. Good value for money - will stay again!

Welcoming modern reception area. Larger room than expected.

Handy location by the river. Offered late check-out for free.

I liked the hotel menu, the fact that combinations of food could be ordered and that room service was at the same price as eating in the dining room.
