Good location. Bus No 3 stops right to the hotel (goes to Picadilly Circus and Hamleys Toys), nearest metro station is just 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was rich. It was very good to go to the sauna after the whole day of walking.
Sofa should be renewed, it was very uncomfortable
Air con, dual shower and nespresso machine in the room aswell as fast free WiFi. Room service was excellent.
Had a room facing the back of the hotel so view was terrible.
Staff were professional and the hotel was very clean!! We stayed in the executive room and was well presented.. breakfast was brilliant too
The cleanliness of the hotel was good and most of the staff were delightful, but they need to understand English better. Parking was good but expensive.
The bureaucracy/communication between Head office, bookings and certain ill-mannered managers needs to be addressed. Bar breakfast Is appalling with doorstep, cotton wool, tasteless toast served on a plate smaller than the toast itself is a laugh, and bacon bap served with a salad & dressing (at breakfast!) is odd! Coffee taste/quality/size is below average and so-called 'fresh orange juice' came from a carton!
Room had bluetooth speaker bath and shower, with bath a good depth
Room was too hot and air conditioning did not bring it down very well.
The location of the hotel was good for a family short break in order to see the sights. It was also good having a 5pm check out which allowed us more time to sort out home travel more freely.
The hotel room was very warm and didn't seem to get any cooler when turning the temperature down. It was nice when coming in from the cold but during the night was alittle overwhelming. Also a taxi was advised and ordered by staff at the hotel on our second morning but stupidly enough did not advise us it would not be a black cab and was a private hire which was over double for a black cab!! Not happy customer to say the least!!!
Friendly staff and location of hotel.
Evening food in restaurant wasn't brilliant. My husband thinks his fish wad off as hr hadn't felt well since our return home.
View of Thames
Wifif - poor quality Ironing board - broken and no new available Noise - very noisy and lively in the corridor with no action taken by staff Language - staff spoke poor english, if any!
The staff where very helpful and the hotel was very clean.
The food was very poor.
Really nice hotel with excellent comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
15 minute walk in the rain from the nearest tube, good tourist location anyway.
Friendly staff ok breakfast
Works going on during day so lots of drilling etc Shower was blocked so couldn't use
The room was spacious and comfortable and after changing rooms ended up with a good view
Asked for a room with a view and got one overlooking the hotel trash and garage. The fridge had signs for complementary water. They did not say only 2 per day.
View from room. Highly recommend executive rooms. Underground parking-very convenient
Location and staff
Location, Cleanliness, Staff
Room was tiny
Hotel in General had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a fresh/modern appearance
We ate several times in the bar and although the food was ok it seemed a bit "tired" particularly the omelette and the toasted sandwich. There was also noisy refurbishments in the next room which I guess can't always be avoided and did finish at 5pm.
Location was really good, staff very good
Very overpriced expected a better room for the money I paid for 2 rooms, breakfast average at a very expensive price £17 for a breakfast!!
Location, decor, roommsize
£190 for one night in a mid range hotel with no brekkie is extortionate but then that's London for you
Car park in central London
Not being told I would need a exit card for the car park
The location was great and staff were very helpful. Room was very good with great view overlooking Lambeth Palace grounds. Easy access to all London attractions.
Location, food and the staff
The beds are often not well made.
Just about everything. Breakfast very good.
Felt very clean and fresh Breakfast was excellent
It is actually on Lambeth Road near Lambeth Palace, ie two bridges away from Waterloo. When you arrive at the Waterloo station with luggage and are in a hurry, to then find out it isn't even close isn't acceptable. It is somewhat closer to Vauxhall railway than it is to Waterloo.
