Location - close to the tube station Hammersmith, good connection with the city center Large, clean room with nice bathroom Comfortable bed Friendly staff
Breakfast not included w/our room rate this time. In the past, even at the lowest rate breakfast was included.
Location Facilities Breakfast Choice
The ladies toilets on the first floor were out of toilet paper in both the morning and evening.
Could not fault anything
Staff were great and checkin was a breeze. Location was perfect for us as were watching a show at the Apollo.
We got to try a new bed that they were trialing but it was very hard and fairley uncomfortable
clean, friendly staff, well located for underground and appollo theatre, good breakfast, good bar .
painfully slow, disorganised check-in , with people not knowing where to queue, consequently when you got checked in was totally random.
Very convienient for apollo theater, very close to train and bus station, book your room with a breakfast included as they are quite expensive in hotel, great touch having ice machine on each floor, n/ice for drinks in room
Everything! I asked for a quite room, away from stairs and lifts, near end of corridor, so many people didn't have to walk past and on a high floor. All my requests were granted, thank you, means such a lot when people actually read your emails and do their best, will definitely stay here again!
I didn't like the fact that a cleaner knocked on our door at 9am and walked into our room.
Perfect location for Hammersmith Appollo.
couldnt regulate the shower temperature, going from cold to boiling hot whilst trying to shower.
Great location, easy transport links to the tubes and local amenities. The staff were friendly and approachable making my stay enjoyable.
The Tv in my room kept loosing sound, but I wasn't in the room long enough for it to both me.
The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spotless.
Clean hotel, nice selection of food, close to the hammersmith Apollo where we needed to be.
The hotel was advertised as having massage available and as this was a relaxation stay, it was very frustrating to find on arrive it doesn't anymore, the deputy manager was very dismissive and quite rude when we tried to discuss it and even said you must have been looking at the wrong hotel. When it clearly stated it on booking.com website.
The signal of TV channel was usually unstable and cannot be watched.
paying so much for parking for 25 hours. Thought the room was expensive enough without the parking charges on top. Not mentioned on booking information on line. We may have come by train if we had known it was going to cost another £40 to park.
The very comfy bed, the bottles of water & fridge in the room, the location, the quietness & the amazing view from the 9th floor!
The hard pillows (had to ask for softer ones) & the dark brown decor & dim lighting in the bathroom;- needs to be lighter & brighter!
Flexibility (for our comfort allowing two separate bookings to be combined so that we could remain the whole stay in one room)
Cost of some of the additional facilities (pet stay and parking overnight
The location of the hotel is excellent. Only 2mins walk from the Hammersmith Apollo. The rooms were clean. Not particularly large and the mini bar only had some bottled water in. The lounge area was nice but with building work outside it was hard to relax. I would reccomend the hotel however as it provides everything you need if you are going to a show at the Apollo
Breakfast quality was not bad.
The walls are so thin that I could hear everything in the next room and outside. The staff were talking noisily outside the rooms too. The bed squeaks alot which means everyone can tell when everyone in other rooms are getting into bed. The shower has inconsistent temperature.
OK hotel. Not amazing, but good value for money if you are travelling on business and not fussed about luxuries.
HOW CONVIENIENT FOR THE HAMMERSMITH APOLO
CAN BE DIFFICULT TO GET TO ESPECIALLY AS A FIRST TIME VISITOR TO LONDON
Great Location Very helpful staff Room amenities for the Business rooms excellent Free WiFi a great asset
Nothing not to like Perhaps a bit expensive compared to other good hotels in Hammersmith, but I suppose the location and amenities are in great demand
Location, facilities, comfort
Service, internet, cost
The hotel was excellent, the staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms comfortable and the breakfast was brilliant. Couldn't fault it
Most importantly, a sound night's sleep in a good size bed. Room was spacious, quiet and well soundproofed. Nespresso machine a nice extra touch. Staff friendly and efficient. Very close to Hammersmith tube and Apollo theatre.
Very long queue at check-in on Saturday afternoon. Room fridge didn't seem to work, so bottles of water were warm.
