Very polite / helpful reception staff. Nicely designed / spacious lobby areas. Neat and clean room. Having to take a seat at the bar at breakfast as a single person, also quite pricey at £17.50.

Recently refurbed reception and ground floor level. Small bedroom (Execxutive) No bath, just shower. The hardest mattress we have ever slept on . Not sure it wasn't made of concrete

Location; proximity to metro and train staions and shops. Staff at the reception. A. Breakfast is very disorganized. A1.The restaurantstaff is not efficient; they are not very attentive to react for (or even do not care about) the replenishment of the food stuff at the breakfast buffet. A2. Only ONE buffet is open where two available...Why make guests to walk from one end to another in their limited time? This is very very inward focused approach, rather than customer focus approach. B. Shoe shining machine remains unplugged at the 9th floor. C. Fitness hall can be moved to larger place and the variety of the machines can be enhanced. D. Food quality, food choices, and the prices are not proportional, i.e., value of money is poor

The Location was good, easy to find. Very nice hotel with lovely decor. The room was large and clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Very nice room with lots of space. The staff in the restaurant and bar was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful large function rooms, rooms all nicely decorated for the christmas and new year period. In general this was a lovely hotel, a lovely place to spend some time and relax. I would love to stay there again.

Clean and safe environment. The staff were helpful at the desk. Very busy at all times at reception. Also was unable call room service/guest services from our room as nobody answered. This may have been due to lack of staff.

My friend and I stayed at the Novotel London West because of its proximity to London Olympia. We have stayed at the Hilton Olympia in previous years but your Hotel was superb - we found the room adequate but the beds were so comfortable and we couldn't hear noises from other rooms so we slept well! The breakfast was so good and in the early evening we ate in the Lounge Bar and had excellent food and service. If we visit the Olympia Horse Show next year we will definitely book your hotel. We really wanted another chair in the bedroom and we had to ask for sufficient milk for our tea/coffee. As we booked a Superior Room there could have been more drawer space and the tea/coffee making facilities were really a bit too high up for safety.
