The refurbished restaurant. Very uncomfortable bed with a sagging mattress. A shock to find that there is no flat screen TV in 2010! Very dated bathroom. |

I was attending a convention there, so it was the ideal place to stay. The level of comfort was nice. some of the staff seemed not too friendly or happy in what they were doing. |

The modern friendly aspect was very welcoming. Nice area for eating after the theatre. good menus. Excellent range of food for breakfast. Overall satisfaction would use this hotel again. |

We liked the closeness to the apollo also we had fish and chips when we arived the best fish and chips I have ever had . Because of the weather(snow) some staff had not gone to work so short staffed , we managed to get there from northampton though |

The booking in procedure took half an hour due to confusion over rooms booked.....room given was incorrect....had to wait 45 minutes for a meal in the lounge bar.....20 minutes for drinks to be brought....one of the lifts was inoperational at various times....staff surly....pillows extremely uncomfortable! |

Convenience of the location for Hammersmith Apollo. Pleasant enough room and public areas. Very slow bar service. Problems with check-in (room allocation incorrect) and tried to charge me wrong room rate on check-out, took a long time to sort out, despite me having my written confirmation from booking.com |

The bed was very large and comfortable, one of the best beds I have slept in. The bathroom was well equipped and the toiletries where generous and of good quality. Room was comfy. I felt the price did not match the quality of the hotel, although everything was there that was described, generally it was all very tired. I have been in the bar of a Novotel in the City recently and thought this is a really nice place. So when I booked in for a romantic weekend I expected something a bit smarter. The hallways where very depressing, I have found nicer Travelodge’s, carpets grubby etc.. There was a very strange door arrangement on the bathroom affording little privacy and could just be squeezed into around the bed. I was just a bit disappointed, I was expecting luxury in an Executive Room and it was not there for me. |

The location of the hotel very convenient (especially when travelling from Heathrow airport). The price was quite good given what was offered.Very nice view. The customer service could be a bit better, without being bad. No free internet. |

Close to transport connections (underground, trains and buses), and excellent shopping facilities nearby (Westfield) Aircon did not work although the fan was making the right noise, it was so hot we could sleep. This was reported at 10:00 in the morning and we were assured it would be repaired or we could move room. On our return at 21:30 we were told (It has definitely been fixed - I think - I'm not sure". It wasn't fixed and we had to wait for a maintenance and to come. He did repair it in 10 minutes and provided an additional fan, but it was frustrating to have to wait, and for it not being fixed the first time. |
