Novotel London West    

Good location for central London. The staff were very pleasent and helpful. It is a large, busy hotel but on the 7th floor where my room was, it seemed quiet. In this hotel you could be in any city so not for those wanting individuality . It suited my needs very well though and I will use it again. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff were friendly but professional. They were able to help me with any queries I had. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was ideal not far from shops and the tube. I stayed 7 days in this hotel. I felt safe. The cleaners respected mine and my daughters stuff all around the room.

Would have liked a booklet with the things available in the hotel. Had to ask reception about the gym which we used. Also just let people know what is available around the hotel.

There was no air conditioning in the room so we did not sleep as it was too hot. The room felt uncomfortable and we were not aware of a pillow choice. I would not stay here again.

I had lunch the next day it took 50 mins to arrive some of it was cold poor quality and over priced - I picked the bar to eat as I was under time pressure and I thought it would be quick- the staff didn't say sorry

excellent location for the Apollo. On site car parking is safe and secure. hotel foyer very modern and rooms large and very comfortable especially for London. Would definitely use again. Car parking was £1.50 an hour so quite expensive but I was told of this and expected it.

100 meters from Hammersmis Bus/under ground which takes you to middle of London in 10 min, also from king Street where a lot of shopping & Halal restaurants can be found, staff was extremely helpful, professional & friendly, as a deal; I got more than what agreed,my booking was without internet, breakfast was not included, but once checked in, everything provided with no charge, also they provide FOC drink from the bar. Although very big & busy hotel, but when I called the room service, they come in 5 min, also I must mention that an espresso machine is provided in each room.

There is no any natural view around.

Convenient location for Hammersmith Apollo. Modern public areas. Large and comfortable bed in executive room. Very quiet. Best night's sleep ever in a hotel! Friendly staff.

It was very convenient for Hammersmith Apollo and the Riverside Studios. The Executive room was nice, with a sofa and extras like robe/slippers, coffee maker.

Waiting staff forgot to take off the 10% discount two days' running, which we had point out.

Car parking was to expensive for guests staying for a few days. I think the daily rate for guest car parking should be capped at £20

The location was not so bad it is close from Hammersmith Underground station. The design was acceptable and nice for short time staying.

I booked the room using My Visa card when I arrived to the reception I surprised because they took the money in advanced rather than giving me the option to pay in cash as always like all my previous bookings. !!!

Staff, as in previous years, excellent. Friendly, professional and well organised. All staff appeared well trained and were able to offer prompt service. The organisation for the event I attended was exceptional, making everything very easy.

Room to warm, but in fairness I like sleeping in a very cold room.

I did not like guests coming from the gym can walk in to the breakfastroom with sweat after exercising.. They have to change clothes and take a shower before breakfast.

The hotel is close to a bus station and a tube station which is on the Piccadilly line. The hotel is clean and quiet at night. The hotel staff was polite, helpful and efficient. The price was also good. For a family it is a real bargain.
