Good value for money, city centre hotel. Booked a standard room for a night to celebrate my husband's birthday after a night out in Manchester - friendly staff upgraded us to an executive room when notified of the occasion. It was definitely not a 'room with a view'!!! (not that it was expected of a city-centre hotel!) |

The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, The service was friendly and polite at all times. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was slightly too hot for my liking, however the staff provided mewith a fan which cooled the room down. ... the bed was slanted slightly, but no major drama |

The location of the hotel, however it is after we have found out where it is. It took us more than half an hour to locate it from the piccadilly station, cause the map we printed online was not so clear. The room is dark even with all the lights on. The carpet & sofa looks a little old. |

We had a fantastic weekend for our wedding anniversary. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull as it was our first time in manchester. The room was very clean comfortable and spacious. The resteraunt was very good. The breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed it very much. The steam room was good and although the sauna wasnt workin were still able to relax and chill out. We would definately stay at Novotel again and recommend it to anyone. |

The receptionist was very pleasant. Room was clean and ok. Hotel has good central location. No problems, I would say an ok 3 star hotel. at £90, No breakfast included. The bathroom and toilet were like something straight out of a caravan. They were clean but not up to todays standards and could not be described as modern. |
