Hotelli on uusi ja siisti. Hotellin siisteys muihin vanhempii hotelleihin oli todella hienoa. Tuli kotoisa tunnelma. Hotellin taso kuin Suomessa. Töykeä käytös tulopäivänä. Emme saaneet huonetta klo.14:00 vaikka piti. Ohjattiin odottamaan mutta meillä oli vähän kiire ja vaadimme ettemme liiku ennen huonetta niin homma nopeutui. Asiakaspalvelija nainen oli jotenkin pinna tiukalla ja kiukutteli. Hotellin aamiaishinta aivan käsittämätön. Edellisessä hotellissa oli asikkaille £5 punnan tajous hlö/päivä täällä £12,95 joka siitä aamiasisesta on aivan liikaa. Tätä ei kertaakaan siis käytetty. Hotellin hinta nousi varaustietoihin nähden £10. |

Hotelli oli siisti ja melko rauhallinen vaikka onkin vilkkaan kadun varrella. Hotellista on lyhyt kävelymatka ostoskeskuksiin ja chinatown on aivan vieressä. |

The hotel has an excellent location being in the heart of the city right next to china town. It is a great visit during the christmas period for shopping and experiencing the open air "German Style" Market. The market made the visit for me and my wife. Parking excellent .Age 43 & 44. No there was nothing we disliked. |

Breakfast was available for a good length of time and checkout at 12md meant that there was no rush to eat or depart the hotel. Although I did not use room service meal option, the fact that it was available 24hrs also contributed to the relaxed feeling of my stay. I would have liked to have seen an alternative to full English breakfast at a reduced cost.£12.95 is a lot to pay for cerial and juice. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, and able to check in early. Discounted car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast hot food area a little cramped, with very hot lids, needs reaarranging. But standard good. |

Good value for money, city centre hotel. Booked a standard room for a night to celebrate my husband's birthday after a night out in Manchester - friendly staff upgraded us to an executive room when notified of the occasion. It was definitely not a 'room with a view'!!! (not that it was expected of a city-centre hotel!) |

The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, The service was friendly and polite at all times. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was slightly too hot for my liking, however the staff provided mewith a fan which cooled the room down. ... the bed was slanted slightly, but no major drama |

The location of the hotel, however it is after we have found out where it is. It took us more than half an hour to locate it from the piccadilly station, cause the map we printed online was not so clear. The room is dark even with all the lights on. The carpet & sofa looks a little old. |

The Novotel Manchester was well situated for the town centre, shops restaurants bars etc. The facilities were good and the hotel clean. |
