Novotel Manchester Centre

The hotel has an excellent location being in the heart of the city right next to china town. It is a great visit during the christmas period for shopping and experiencing the open air "German Style" Market. The market made the visit for me and my wife. Parking excellent .Age 43 & 44.

No there was nothing we disliked.

Breakfast was available for a good length of time and checkout at 12md meant that there was no rush to eat or depart the hotel. Although I did not use room service meal option, the fact that it was available 24hrs also contributed to the relaxed feeling of my stay.

I would have liked to have seen an alternative to full English breakfast at a reduced cost.£12.95 is a lot to pay for cerial and juice.

Room was quiet comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent good value.

Clean, comfortable hotel close to city center. Pleasant helpful staff. Check out times were civilized.

Had to be assertive at checkout but satisfied with the result.

Good value for money, city centre hotel. Booked a standard room for a night to celebrate my husband's birthday after a night out in Manchester - friendly staff upgraded us to an executive room when notified of the occasion.

It was definitely not a 'room with a view'!!! (not that it was expected of a city-centre hotel!)

The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, The service was friendly and polite at all times. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was slightly too hot for my liking, however the staff provided mewith a fan which cooled the room down.

The location of the hotel, however it is after we have found out where it is. It took us more than half an hour to locate it from the piccadilly station, cause the map we printed online was not so clear.

The room is dark even with all the lights on. The carpet & sofa looks a little old.

Good breakfast and comfortable room of a good size.Good walking access to shops and restaurants.

Air conditioning and heating difficult to control and noisy

No parking arrangement with the parking company adjacent to the hotel.

Overall the hotel was excellent, ideally located with good parking arrangements, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and staff very pleasant and helpful.
