The hotel has an excellent location being in the heart of the city right next to china town. It is a great visit during the christmas period for shopping and experiencing the open air "German Style" Market. The market made the visit for me and my wife. Parking excellent .Age 43 & 44. No there was nothing we disliked. |

Breakfast was available for a good length of time and checkout at 12md meant that there was no rush to eat or depart the hotel. Although I did not use room service meal option, the fact that it was available 24hrs also contributed to the relaxed feeling of my stay. I would have liked to have seen an alternative to full English breakfast at a reduced cost.£12.95 is a lot to pay for cerial and juice. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, and able to check in early. Discounted car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast hot food area a little cramped, with very hot lids, needs reaarranging. But standard good. |

We booked a double room and ended up with a disabled room with 2 single beds pushed together which I later fund out was illegal. |

Clean, comfortable hotel close to city center. Pleasant helpful staff. Check out times were civilized. Had to be assertive at checkout but satisfied with the result. |

booking withou problme, services during check-in was quick and without any problems. wide selection of meals/foods on breakfast. Hairdryar in the room not in the bathroom. view from the room was poor |

Good value for money, city centre hotel. Booked a standard room for a night to celebrate my husband's birthday after a night out in Manchester - friendly staff upgraded us to an executive room when notified of the occasion. It was definitely not a 'room with a view'!!! (not that it was expected of a city-centre hotel!) |

The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, The service was friendly and polite at all times. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was slightly too hot for my liking, however the staff provided mewith a fan which cooled the room down. ... the bed was slanted slightly, but no major drama |

The location of the hotel, however it is after we have found out where it is. It took us more than half an hour to locate it from the piccadilly station, cause the map we printed online was not so clear. The room is dark even with all the lights on. The carpet & sofa looks a little old. |
