Need more check in staff / terminals. Very slow check-in

your cooked english breakfast was cold on both day, second approached chef about aspects of breakfast but was told it was all fresh. no it wasnt it had been sitting. could be improved greatly. its the great british tradation so come on improve.

All of the staff were courteous and helpful. Although we didn't use the leisure facilites they appeared to be very good.

The continental breakfust is far too expensive and so we left early and breakfasted elsewhere.

It lacks pretension and delivers an excellent quality of the essentials comfor cleanliness freshness of food. Immaculate bedding and towels . Unlike Rover Cars it delivers beyond expectation

I hate w/c where the seat won't stay upright unless you hold it there. A minor detail, but incredibly irritating in an otherwise well laid out bathroomand toilet suite

The location mainly, the layout and friendliness of staff was excellent

We stayed 1 night after going to Manchester united to see a game! Staff were fantastic! Room was very clean and bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The sofa bed was made up on arrival which was great. Both beds very comfy. State of the art gym and outdoor heated pool are great! Lots of parking, key fob for going in and out the barriers, and card keys to the room. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to old Trafford!!!!
