All of the staff were courteous and helpful. Although we didn't use the leisure facilites they appeared to be very good. The continental breakfust is far too expensive and so we left early and breakfasted elsewhere.

The location of the Hotel is exellent if you know your way around Manchester. The Trafford Centre is a short drive away and the City Centre is easily reachable. Worsley Village has a few very nice Pubs and Restaurants within a short walk with the John Gilbert pub next door offering great food and a great atmosphere. There is no Air Con in the rooms so they became rather stuffy, the windows only opened slightly so some nights we were very uncomforatble. There is no free WiFi in the hotel and the wired internet is very expensive.

Modern hotel with large rooms and very comfy bed. Location is good for access to m60/m62 motorway system, but see below. Close to Trafford Centre and Manchester itself. Breakfast buffet good. It is close to the motorway and some people may find the noise intrusive. However the bedrooms are triple glazed and I had no problem

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and the service at breakfast time and lunchtime was excellent. The breakfast food was fine but the lunch was really rather ordinary.

Staff, excellent. Easy parking Nearly everything worked seamlessly I hate w/c where the seat won't stay upright unless you hold it there. A minor detail, but incredibly irritating in an otherwise well laid out bathroomand toilet suite

“Clean, effecient and friendly staff, comfortable and was particularly impressed by the breakfast tray. It included everything I asked for and was brought by a very pleasant young man.
