Venue couldn't have been closer! Hotel met very requirement. No car park fees!!
A substantial choice at breakfast to suit everyone. Great staff
The room was spacious warm and private. The breakfast experience in the morning was outstanding with very welcoming and accommodating staff helping at all levels. A first class service all round that's why we decided to get married there 4 and a half years ago! Told you we would back!
There was very little to complain about apart from a little noisy from returning people going back to their rooms but that can be expected. Certainly not cause for concern.
Free Wifi Free Parking
Shower and Bathrooms while clean could be upgraded.
Very comfortable bed, room and facilities fairly basic but adequate and staff extremely friendly
The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to everything we needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful x x
The drinks at the bar were incredibly overpriced for the location
Clean and friendly, comfortable.
Breakfast was unorganised and sparse, high chairs need replacing they lean and are not the right height for the tables.
Pulldown beds very uncomforatable TV volume set so low it could not be heard or adjusted
Cleanliness of room was not good , if our room was the average room then this potentially great Hotel should invest in replacing then stained and well worn carpets and furniture. What's with the separate toilet to the bathroom? The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was in fact made up for the grunge room it was the best selection of items I've ever seen even compared to the likes of 3.5 star usa Hotels andnear quality to the crown plaza in down town Seattle. We don't like the entrance gates and wire fence we have to drive through it looks like we are going into colditz or some prison camp. Please ! Why are they even there.
Large rooms Excellent breakfast choice Helpful staff
The lady that greeted me on check in was so happy and helpful, couldn't do enough for me. Check in was so smooth. Gym was great for a hotel gym, I had it to myself most of the time and had all the equipment I needed. I had room service dinner and breakfast and again the staff member that attended t me was so lovely, wishing me a happy meal and a good evening or good morning, the attitude there is outstanding and the food was very nice too.
Hardly any phone signal unfortunately for O2, which meant I had to leave my phone near the window to get a bar then go outside to return the call. The Wifi also dipped in and out, not very strong at all, which was a nightmare for my work laptop connection
Friendly helpful staff
The lower level rooms looked tired and overpriced no breakfast included
Great breakfast & value for money
Nice and friendly
Lovely large sized room, bed was comfy
Breakfast was too pricey, large stain on the carpet in room
Needs updating could be a loyyle cheaper
Proximity to the Motorway system
Restaurant and bar area were located in the main entrance to the hotel. I felt the area was cold and draughty. The restaurant does prepare and cook food it merely heats and serves pre cooked dishes. Breakfast was cold.
The hotel was clean and neat. The quality of the rooms were good. Room was very spacious Close to Trafford Center for shopping
The promximity to the airport, taxi fares very high to the airport
Found a pube in the bed
Great hotel and friendly staff, got to meet David Prowse[Darth Vader] and had a great evening chatting to him, All round great weekend
Location, good staff, very clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Will stay again
It is a nice area for walking and running. There is a very nice bar with good food and nice music just a few steps away.
large comfy bed, great tv channels. lovely big bath tub and lots of hot water.
breakfast far too expensive.
We liked the general standards of the room. The fact that the hotel claimed to be dog friendly, though having to leave it locked up in the room all the time may not be seen by some as friendly The facilities were clean and tidy though fairly Spartan especially outside unless you were to sit among crowds of smokers in the sunken area.
The puppy despite being a paying guest as were we; was not allowed in any of the public areas. It was just straight in and to the room. Breakfast resembled a NAAFI or 1960's motorway café waiting in a queue to self serve half warm food and well under toasted bread. Considering the price I would have expected proper service. Guests and STAFF constantly stood smoking in the door way or just outside with the doors wide open making the hotel smell of tobacco smoke, I thought that was appalling.
Location, staff on reception.
Breakfast was chaotic, half the buffet was empty no plain yoghurt, no eggs (only hard-boiled) and no sausages - came eventually.
