The friendliness & helpfulness of all staff. The location was excellent & easy to find. Parking very secure, highly recommended as we will not park just anywhere!! |

The hotel was close enough to travel into the city but in a surprisingly quiet location, the staff were obliging and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spotless! |

breakfast took longer than i expected to check in and the hotel staff tried to charge me 69 pounds instead of 59.. they spend almost 10 minutes to figure out where and why I got this price, hence if i didn't check the amount they entered on the machine i might have to pay 69 pounds.. |

The hotel was very comfortable and pleasant The hotel was tricky to access on foot because of its position adjacent to a dual carriageway which was very difficult and dangerous to negogiate. The lighting in the hotel room was poor, making it impossible to see yourself in the mirror or read in bed. |

convenient location, staff efficient getting woken in the night by a wrong number call (probably not the hotel's fault); 2/3rds of the carpark cordoned off for no apparent reason making parking more difficult than it need have been. £10 a day for broadband a ripoff. |

Novotel is a modern and luxurious hotel near to the city centre, so very well located for a trip into Manchester. Facilities are excellent, including free internet access, and the breakfast is first class. |

We stayed at the NovotelManchester West as it was very reasonably priced. However, when we arrived we found the hotel to be excellent and also the staff were incredible nothing was too much trouble. |

We had a very comfortable stay and the room was lovely. We arrived for breakfast on sunday morning and about 10.15am and it was a very busy time and it was slow for a few minutes to get more food out , but that was sorted. Otherwise everything was good |

Clean, comfortable room with good room facilities. Outdoor swimming pool different from other hotels. Lack of staff during breakfast meant we had to queue for a table and there was only a small selection of food left. |

clean and well kept inside and out. complimentary apples on reception was a nice touch cost of getting in to manchester city centre. price of drinks. rooms very warm difficult to sleep. |
