Travelled for wedding which was held at Hotel. Staff were very friendly and, on request, let us have the room earlier than the usual time. The room was lovely and very clean. |

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar closed at 11pm and you could only get drinks from reception. I think the bar in a hotel of this size should be open beyond 11pm, especially at the weekend. |

Large airy room. Very pleasant staff First day, the hot breakfast was cold even though we ate at 7.30a.m. The amount was refunded to us and it was different class on day 2. I objected to paying for car parking even though I have a disabled badge and this was a two night special deal - it should have included parking |

Staff were very good & friendly- mainly local Geordies as opposed to overseas staff who are only there to learn English and have no concern over service. Excellent quality breakfast buffet. Fairly small room for 2 adults and 2 children- but as we were out & about most of the time it wasn't a problem. Only gripe was they charge £5 per night parking- bit of a rip off really when you're staying at the hotel. It's not exactly the center of town and I guess they charge because of the proximity to the airport but that still doesn't justify charging residents. |

Hotel was four miles from the airport, so the web site was misleading. Was given a smoking room despite asking for non-smoking, Had to go back and ask for a change. Room was advertised as having a double and a single bed but the single was a pull-out from a couch - not comfortable especially for a tall man. |

I loved the room it was very nice done to a high standard I found the restuarant staff to be quite rude and unhelpful they looked to busy to seat us or help and brought my bill to me whilst i was serving myself with food - before i had eaten. |

It's ideal as it is only 5 min from Airport and you provide transport to the Airport. No cant fault the hotel facilities |

A decent hotel with good staff but overpriced. Would be much cheaper if it was not an airport hotel. For example, in Great Yarmouth would probably only be priced at £70.00 to £80.00. Dinner also overpriced although good. Overpriced and lack of free internet access. Most hotels do not charge for internet access these days. Also, the room was noisy as it was adjacent to the main road into Newcastle. |

The conference facilties were very good and the restaurant staff and conference staff were very obliging. The hotel has introduced a parking charge of £5 which is appalling. There is no other reason to attend the hotel except as a stopover f(or a meeting/air journey) - it is not city centre/leisure based. Just an extra charge that is not mentioned on the booking forms/website. |

The Duty Manager on the front Desk was very helpful and at once made us feel very welcolm. We enjoyed a light evening meal and was very happy with breakfast the following morning. By having the window open in the room the noise from the nearby motorway was a pain! |

Staff were friendly and polite a having access to the internet The room was dirty. There were stain at the coffee and tea section. The cushions on the bed were worn out and torn. I ordered room service and the food was dreadful I could not eat it plus it was cold. The risotto was terrible and the dessert was not fresh and was left in a fridge for a long time. When I tried to ring back room service no one picked up. |
