convenient location to transport and airport. Good staff.

Saturday night was too expensive. Airport shuttle finishes too early each day. Times should be given. It can be important for travellers. Rooms need to be updated. Lobby was fine.

Very noisey as next to motorway, room wasn't really properly cleaned, staff weren't approachable , wasn't near any facilities , couldn't get room service as faults with phones in room , bedding slightly dirty , not very welcoming

Very comfortable room, separate loo and shower room a good idea.

The window didn't close properly so traffic noise a bit annoying.
