Cerca del aeropuerto, bien comunicado,buenas prestaciones, tranquilo y muy confortable No pudimos ducharnos por la complejidad del sistema de ducha. Sin explicaciones es extremadamente dificil hacerla funcionar adecuadamente al menos de dedicar ucho tiempo para investigar el funcionamiento |

limpieza, tamaño grande de las camas (king size), baños cuidados y modernos. Buena atención del personal del hotel que nos atendieron incluso en castellano. De las dos habitaciones dobles que solicitamos para No fumadores, una de ellas resultó ser de fumadores. La insonorización no muy eficiente, se escuchaban las fiestas de los vecinos de arriba. Los telefonos no tenían visor de llamadas para ver quien te llamaba. A esto se le añade que cerca las 4.00 de la mañana unos clientes del hotel se dedicaron a hacer llamadas por el tlf interno haciéndose pasar por el recepcionista del hotel. Y después de que nos cortaran en recepción la línia de tlf para que no molestasen +, éstos mismos se dedicaron a llamar puerta por puerta preguntando lo mismo que por el teléfono, haciendo despertar y levantar a los clientes a las 4 de la mañana! |

The hotel had very easy access to the city centre, it was only about £10 in a taxi. We had some music playin in our rooms quite late at night and there was no complaints. |

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, which is near to metro and city centre.Everything is clean and tidy and the executive suite was superb for comfort and relaxing. As a returning guest for the past 3 years i did not like now having to pay for my carparking at the hotel. |

this hotel is what you expect from an airport hotel, it was clean and reasonably priced, only ten minute walk from metro or £12 taxi journey to central station, also it had a pub next door which did good food and a reasonably priced pint the price of extras (however not unexpected e.g minibar, the bar, the breakfast) this is a bit of an unreasonable complaint because the initail price of the hotel was better than most |

Good parking facilities We have stayed at this hotel twice and on both occassions have found that when there is a wedding reception, screaming children are allowed to run wild in the hotel reception area and are not restricted to the wedding room. Not a relaxing atmosphere at night. |

loved the easy access to the metro centre and also the night life and the staff were amazing and very helpful !!! my only complaint is the price of the mini bar £2.50 a can of cola a bit steep !!! |

Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice large room and the shower was excellent. I had to complain about the cooked breakfast delivered to my room and got a refund (cold food, stewed tea). |

The room was nice. There was a good variety of food offered for breakfast. The staff who cleaned the rooms very friendly. No-one was available at reception when I wanted to check out. I had to leave without checking out officially. I did not owe any money as I had pre-paid & had no extras. I think it is outrageous that you charge guests for the car park. In 25 years of business travel I have never been charged for parking my car in the hotel I was staying and already paying for !!!! The breakfast had a good variety but was prepared too far in advance. I ate early (at 7am) and the bacon was like shoe leather. |

The staff were very helpful and there was a good selection of food for vegetarians. I was disappointed to find that the shuttle bus did not run after 21:30 as our flight arrived at 21:45. There was an awful lot of noise from fellow guests in the corridor outside our room on the Saturday night. |
