I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed with the hotel and I thought it was very poor

I thought the hotel was very outdated and it looked very worn, the lobby was the best part of the hotel by a million miles. The bedrooms and hallways looked like something out of the ark and the whole hotel just gave off a shabby look. We had to change rooms because the first ones door wouldn't lock and the bed was equivalent to sleeping on the floor, the TV was old and had a very echoey sound, the shower was so small I was crouching and I'm only 5'10. All the hotels windows are drapped in net curtains and to be honest anyone would think it is a time travellers rest home from the 60's All in all a very poor hotel and when I left early in the morning I had been blocked in my someone which delayed me getting to the airport. In the future I would rather stay in a tent.

Good location, and it was quiet. Fitted my budget. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Shower was'nt great. It was a bit grubby.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We were amazed with the room, especially as we paid £30 for it. The room was very clean, it had a nice sofa to relax on and the most amazingly comfortable bed, me & my partner had the best nights sleep. We usually stay in travelodges on our travels, however we will be looking for Novotel in future!!!

Very comfortable large room, helpful staff, airy dining room, plenty of info.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was good value for money.

Close to the airport.

We had to ask for tea and coffee plus extra milks. Also we did not have any shower gel or shampoo in our room. Did not realise until too late as we left early morning!

It was impossible to exit the bed on the left side. It was just inches from a very rough wall. For people needing to get up in the night this was completely unsatisfactory and I should have asked for a refund.

It is very convenient for wheelchair dependant visitors

It really is long overdue redecoration and the passageway to guestrooms and the rooms are quite grubby although always clean and tidy

Poor quality toilet paper. Flimsy plastic electric kettle.

Bed was superbly comfortable, breakfast was excellent,car parking was hassle free,with plenty of spaces. Very convenient for m !.

Very good value

The price was good. The restraurant offered a reasonable selection bearing in mind its a 3 star. The staff were friendy. The room, if a little basic, was clean(but see below) and the bed comfortable.

The carpets in the room and corridors were in need of a good clean. It looked as though people with dirty boots/shoes had been walking on them. The toilet in the room we had, although clean,felt like one in an even more basic hotel - the walls were decorated in a very rough coating. One or two doors along the corridor looked as though they had been broken into with very rough repairs. I suspect that the hotel gets quite hard treatment from guests.

Reception area fine but rooms are very tired and need refurbishing
